Claims (3)

1. Bratpfanne mit Heizeinrichtung, umfassend eine nach oben gebogene oder flache Bratpfanne zum Braten von Nahrungsmitteln und Fleisch, wobei die Bratpfanne (10) aus einer unteren Schicht (11), die aus Aluminiumlegierung zum raschen Übertragen von Wärme und zum Verringern des Gesamtgewichts der Bratpfanne hergestellt ist, und aus einer oberen Schicht (12) besteht, die aus rostfreiem Stahl ist und durch Aufsprühen von geschmolzenem rostfreiem Stahl hergestellt worden ist, um die untere Alumini­ umlegierungsschicht zu beschichten, und glatt und glänzend poliert worden ist.
2. Bratpfanne mit Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (20) in einer in der unteren Aluminiumlegierungsschicht (11) gebildeten ringförmigen Nut (13) stabilisiert eingebaut ist.
3. Bratpfanne mit Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrich­ tung (20) in der unteren Aluminiumlegierungsschicht (11) während des Schmelzprozesses der Aluminiumlegierungsschicht eingehüllt worden ist.
