Claims (2)

1. Dragierte Fleisch- und Wurstwaren in geometrischen Formen, sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sie einen Fleisch- bzw. Wurstwarenkern in geometrischer Form besitzen und von einem crossen Teigmantel umhüllt sind. Der Teigmantel ist mit würzenden Zutaten überzogen (gepudert). Er kann neben den würzenden Zutaten auch mit aromatisierenden und/oder färbenden Zutaten überzogen (gepudert) werden.
Der Fleisch- bzw. Wurstwarenkern kann gewürfelt, rund oder oval sein. Die Kantenlänge für Würfel liegt zwischen 4 mm und 20 mm. Der Durchmesser für den runden Kern liegt zwischen 4 mm und 20 mm. Für die ovale Form des Kerns liegt die Länge zwischen 8 mm und 50 mm, der Durchmesser zwischen 4 mm und 20 mm. Der Teigmantel weist eine Stärke von 1-5 mm auf.
Das Endprodukt ist eine Kugel. Bei Einsatz von Formen weist es deren Geometrie auf.
