Wrench

The invention relates to a wrench that allows for simple assembly and easy handling.

To operate larger screw elements, you usually need open-end wrenches or ring spanners of larger dimensions, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. However, these larger wrenches have the following disadvantages:

1. The larger wrench is difficult to handle.

2. If the space is too small, the wrench can only enclose the screw element obliquely, as shown in Figure 3, which is very dangerous.

3. The larger wrench is difficult to carry around.

For this reason, the inventor, based on many years of experience in the manufacture and sale of this product, after long studies, numerous experiments and constant improvements, has developed the present invention.

The invention is based on the object of creating a wrench that enables simple assembly and easy handling.

The wrench according to the invention comprises: a mouth which has an opening on the front side for enclosing a screw element and a gear on the rear side which has a central hole in order to be connected to a joint; a joint which is tubular and has a U-shaped head on the front side in which a recess for a ball is provided and whose two side walls are each provided with a hole, and a rotary knob on the outer surface; a tube which has a plurality of clamping balls on the outer surface and an annular groove on the front side in order to connect to the joint; a handle which is also tubular and connects to the tube which can be pushed into the handle. the mouth and the U-shaped head of the joint are connected to each other by a pin, whereby the gear rests against the ball in the recess in the U-shaped head of the joint, allowing the mouth to be swiveled. Since the tube can be pushed into the handle, the length can be adjusted as required.

As shown in Figure 4, the invention consists of a mouth (10), a joint (20), a tube (30) and a handle (40).

The mouth (10) has an opening (11) at the front for enclosing a screw element (not shown) and a gear (12) at the back which has a central bore (13) to be connected to the joint (20).

The joint (20) is tubular and has a U-shaped head (21) on the front side, in which a recess (23) for a ball (22) is provided and whose two side walls are each provided with a hole (24), and a rotary knob (25) on the outer surface with which it can be tightened and loosened.

The tube (30) has a plurality of clamping balls (31) on the outer surface and an annular groove (32) on the front side in order to be connected to the joint (20).

The handle (40) is also tubular and is connected to the tube (30) which can be pushed into the handle (40).

When assembled, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, the mouth (10) and the U-shaped head (21) of the joint (20) are connected to one another by a pin (26) (or by a rivet), whereby the gear (12) rests against the ball (22) in the recess (23) in the U-shaped head (21) of the joint (20), whereby the mouth (10) can be pivoted. Since the tube (30) can be pushed into the handle (40), the length can be adjusted as required.

When used as shown in Figure 7, the wrench according to the invention can adapt to the space and angle of the screw element (50) since its length is adjustable and its jaw (10) is pivotable due to the gear (12).

Furthermore, the jaw (10) of the invention is interchangeable, whereby different wrenches can be combined in one wrench, such as open-end wrenches, ring wrenches, etc., so that the range of applications is broadened. Alternatively, the invention can have a seat (60) in which different jaws can be attached.

The connection between the joint (20) and the tube (30) can be designed as shown in Figure 9, which allows for easy connection and disconnection.

Due to the above facts, the invention has the following advantages:

1. Easy handling and high safety

2. Easy and quick installation

3. Easy to carry around

4. Adjustable length, replaceable and pivoting jaw

In summary, the invention eliminates the disadvantages of conventional solutions and fully meets the requirements for a utility model in terms of its usability, progressiveness and novelty. The applicant therefore sincerely requests that the utility model be granted.
