The invention relates to a pneumatic loosening device for earth materials in connection with so-called suction excavators, earth excavation equipment for use in the area of underground supply systems.
When working on underground supply systems, so-called suction excavators are increasingly being used to excavate soil. These are pneumatic conveying systems based on the dilute flow method, i.e. the masses conveyed are subordinate in terms of quantity to the transport medium air. The load-bearing capacity of very fast-flowing air is used to transport a wide variety of materials. These materials are carried along by the air flow in the area of the suction crown. In order to achieve acceptable suction performance even with firmer soil structures, it is essential to pre-loosen the soil. For this purpose, manual breaking tools such as compressor hammers, special blasting lances or blowing lances are traditionally used, which are supplied by the compressor installed on the suction excavator. This loosening of the soil, which is necessary in the majority of cases, generally requires a second worker when using such suction excavators. Since these loosening tools are sometimes quite heavy, the entire process is strenuous, tiring and costly.
The present invention is based on the task of integrating a special pneumatic breaking tool, which is tailored to the physical and physical conditions of these suction excavators, into the suction nozzle of the suction excavator. The loosening process is automated and integrated into the suction process. Since this special loosening device is integrated into the suction nozzle of the suction excavator, the laborious manual handling of hand loosening tools is no longer necessary, the second operator can be omitted, and the entire suction process can be carried out much more effectively. The invention is also based on the task of developing a loosening device that breaks up the existing soil structures and makes them absorbent without direct mechanical contact and thus without any risk of damage to underground supply systems. The physical effect of Laval nozzles is to be used here, whereby the air jet flowing at high speed is compressed within the nozzle and increases to the supersonic range when it leaves it. Only at a certain distance from the exit point does this air jet expand and suddenly increase in volume. With polytropic expansion and a compressor overpressure of 8 bar, the volume increases by around 5 times. The arrangement of the nozzles is chosen so that this expansion takes place in the ground and inevitably leads to the destruction of the existing soil structures.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Luftlanzenbatterie, dargestellt in Figur 1.The invention relates to an air lance battery, shown in Figure 1.
It consists of several air lances (2) coupled via compressed air distributors (1), which are mounted inside or outside on the suction nozzle (3) of a suction excavator and are connected to the solenoid valves (5) and an electronic timing control (6) via flexible connectors (12). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the compressed air distributor (1) and the solenoid valves (5) are installed inside the guide rod (9) of the suction hose. They deliver a constant or pulsed air flow which exits at high speed from the nozzles (4) on the air lances (2) and increases to the supersonic range when it leaves the nozzle (4). This air expands and is subject to a volume increase of up to five times, which in turn leads to a breaking up of the soil structure (11). This soil, which is thus loosened, can be easily picked up by the suction air flow of the suction excavator at the suction crown (10).
Die elektronische Taktsteuerung (6) ist über elektrische Steuerleitungen (T) mit den Magnetspulen der MagnetventileThe air jet is pulsed via solenoid valves (5) and an electronic timing control (6), with which pulse and pause times can be continuously adjusted. The switching sequence of the air lances (2) can also be varied as desired via the electronic timing control (6) of the solenoid valves (5). The electronic timing control (6) is connected to the solenoid coils of the solenoid valves via electrical control lines (T).
(5) verbunden. The compressed air is generated by a compressor which is connected to the compressed air distributor (1) via compressed air hoses (8).
