Claims (6)

1. Kugelkopfgelenk für ein künstliches Hüftgelenk, aufweisend eine in das Acetabulum einsetzbare metallische Halbschale (1), in die ein Inlay (2) als Gleitpartner für eine auf einem Hüftstiel sitzende Gelenkkugel (3) in einen konischen Klemmsitz setzbar ist, wobei das Inlay (2) eine komplementär zur Gelenkkugel (3) ausgebildete Ausnehmung (4) aufweist, in welcher die Gelenkkugel (3) bei Ausführung ihrer Rotationsbewegung abrollt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Inlay (2) aus einem elastischen spreizbaren Material besteht und so dimensioniert ist, daß es nach Einlegen der Gelenkkugel (3) in seine Ausnehmung (4) über deren Äquator hinübergreift, und
daß eine Rastverbindung zwischen dem Inneren der metallischen Halbschale (1) und dem Äußeren des Inlays (2) vorgesehen ist.
2. Kugelkopfgelenk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastverbindung zwischen Inlay (2) und Halbschale (1) mittels einer Nut/Federverbindung (5/6) herstellbar ist.
3. Kugelkopfgelenk nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (5) zumindest teilweise zirkulär umlaufend auf den Außenkonturen des Inlays (2) und die Nut (6) auf entsprechender Höhe und in entsprechenden Abschnitten im Inneren der Halbschale (1) zumindest zirkulär umlaufend ausgebildet ist.
4. Kugelkopfgelenk nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (6) zumindest teilweise zirkulär umlaufend in den Außenkonturen des Inlays (2) und die Feder (5) auf entsprechender Höhe und in entsprechenden Abschnitten im Inneren der Halbschale (1) zumindest teilweise zirkulär umlaufend ausgebildet ist.
5. Kugelkopfgelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (5) als Federring ausgebildet ist.
6. Kugelkopfgelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (5) als Materialanhäufung ausgebildet ist.
