Claims (16)

1. Teil-Endoprothese (10) für Kniegelenke, bestehend aus zwei Prothesenteilen (12; 24), von denen der eine von einem Inlay (24) gebildet wird, welches in einer zuvor in die ur­ sprüngliche Gelenkfläche der Tibia eingearbeiteten Ausspa­ rung einsetzbar und mittels Knochenzement fixierbar ist und dessen dem Femur zugewandte Seite als Gleitfläche (26) für den zugeordneten zweiten, in einer in dem der Gleitfläche gegenüberliegenden Bereich des Femur eingearbeitete Auf­ nahme befestigbaren kufenartigen Prothesenteil (12) ausge­ bildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest das in der Aussparung der Tibia zu fixierende Inlay (24) in seiner femurabgewandten Unterseite mit einer als Knochenzement-Depot dienenden Vertiefung (28) versehen ist.
2. Teil-Endoprothese nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (28) in der femurabgewandten Unterseite eine ringsum geschlossene Wand (30) aufweist.

Teil-Endoprothese nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Vertiefung umschließende Wan­ dung des Inlays (24) insgesamt oder teilweise mit einer die Haftung von Knochenzement erhöhenden Texturierung, Aufrau­ hung oder einer Anzahl von regelmäßig oder unregelmäßig verteilten Vorsprüngen versehen ist.

Teil-Endoprothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest der dem femurseitigen kufenartigen Prothesenteil (12) zugewandte Teil des Inlays (24) aus einem hoch beanspruchbaren, gute Gleiteigenschaf­ ten aufweisenden Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Hochdruckpoly­ ethylen, besteht.
5. Teil-Endoprothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß der in der zugeordneten Aufnahme im Femur zu befestigende kufenartige Prothesenteil (12) in seiner tibiaabgewandten Unterseite mit einer als Knochen­ zement-Depot dienenden Vertiefung (18) versehen ist.
6. Teil-Endoprothese nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (18) in der tibiaabgewandten Unterseite ringsum geschlossen ist.
7. Teil-Endoprothese nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß die die Vertiefung begrenzende Wandung des kufenartigen Prothesenteils (12) mit einer die Haftung von Knochenzement erhöhenden Texturierung, Aufrauhung oder einer Anzahl von regelmäßig oder unregelmäßig verteilten Vorsprüngen versehen ist.

Teil-Endoprothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß der kufenartige Prothesenteil (12) in an sich bekannter Weise aus Metall, vorzugsweise korrosionsbeständigem Stahl, hergestellt ist und daß der mit der Gelenkfläche (26) des tibiaseitigen Inlays (24) zu­ sammenwirkende Kufenbereich (14) des Prothesenteils (12) poliert ist.

Teil-Endoprothese nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß von der die Vertiefung (18) be­ grenzenden Wand des kufenartigen Prothesenteils (12) wenig­ stens ein an sich bekannter, in eine vorbereitete Bohrung in der Aufnahme des Femur verankerbarer Zapfen (20) vor­ springt.

Werkzeug zur Einarbeitung der zur Aufnahme des tibia­ seitigen Inlays (24) vorzusehenden Aussparung in das knie­ gelenkseitige Ende der Tibia mittels einer das Werkzeug in oszillierende Arbeitsbewegung versetzenden motorisch an­ treibbaren Antriebsmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug (34) als am Ende eines in der Werkzeugauf­ nahme der Antriebsmaschine einsetzbaren Werkzeugschafts (36) angeordnetes Form-Schleifwerkzeug (38) ausgebildet ist, dessen Arbeits-Schleiffläche (42) mit abrasiv auf die Knochensubstanz wirkenden Schleifpartikeln belegt ist, und dessen Form im wesentlichen entsprechend der Begrenzung der Aussparung in der Tibia für das zu implantierende Inlay (24) entsprechend gewählt ist, wobei es in seinen Abmessun­ gen lediglich in Oszillationsrichtung um den Oszillations­ hub kleiner als die zu erzeugende Aussparung bemessen ist.

Werkzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugschaft (36) als langgestrecktes Flachprofil ausgebildet ist, dessen einer Endbereich zur Halterung in der Werkzeugaufnahme der Antriebsmaschine geeignet ausge­ bildet ist, und daß das Form-Schleifwerkzeug (38) von einem im anderen Endbereich von einer Flachseite des Flachprofils vortretend aufgesetzten Formkörper gebildet wird, dessen der Befestigungsfläche auf dem Flachprofil (36) gegenüber­ liegende Fläche die Arbeits-Schleiffläche (42) bildet.
12. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der mit dem Form-Schleifwerkzeug (38) versehenen Flach­ seite gegenüberliegenden Flachseite des Werkzeugschafts (36) ein zweites Form-Schleifwerkzeug (38') vorgesehen ist.
13. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeits-Schleiffläche(n) (42) mit Diamant-Schleifpartikeln belegt ist bzw. sind.

Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Abstand von Form-Schleifwerkzeug (38) bzw. den Form-Schleifwerkzeugen (38; 38') jeweils ein vom Werkzeugschaft vortretender Anschlag, beispielsweise ein Anschlagstift (44; 44'), vorgesehen ist, dessen Abstand vom jeweils zugeordneten Form-Schleifwerkzeug (38; 38') entsprechend dem Abstand der in der Tibia-Gelenkfläche ein­ zuarbeitenden Aussparung für das Inlay (24) von der äußeren Knochenwandung der Tibia entspricht.
15. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der jeweilige Anschlagstift (44; 44') in seiner Länge so bemessen ist, daß er über die Ebene der Arbeits-Schleif­ fläche (42) des zugeordneten Form-Schleifwerkzeugs (38; 38') vortritt.
16. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der jeweilige Anschlagstift (44; 44') in be­ zug auf das Form-Schleifwerkzeug (38; 38') abstandveränder­ lich auf dem Flachprofil-Werkzeugschaft (36) anbringbar ist.
