Die Erfindung betrifft einen Pflegewagen für Krankenhäuser, Pflegeheime und dergleichen Einrichtungen mit einem aus offenen oder geschlossenen Vorder- und Rückseiten sowie zwei Seitenwänden bestehenden, in Schrankfächer, Einschubfächer und/oder Schubladen unterteilbaren und über Rollen verfahrbaren Schrankkorpus, auf dessen Oberseite eine Ablage- und/oder Schreibfläche angeordnet ist.The invention relates to a nursing cart for hospitals, nursing homes and similar facilities with a cabinet body consisting of open or closed front and back sides and two side walls, which can be divided into cupboard compartments, slide-in compartments and/or drawers and can be moved on rollers, on the top of which a storage and/or writing surface is arranged.

Bei den, beispielsweise aus der DE-U-87 16 473 bekannten Pflegewagen besteht der Schrankkorpus aus einem Gitterrohrrahmen, der durch das Einsetzen von oberen und unteren Abschlußplatten sowie Seiten- und Rückwänden verschließbar ist. Die Seitenwände sind dabei in der Regel so aufgebaut, daß die Außenwände bildende Platten mit dem Gitterrohrrahmen verschraubt sind und auf der Innenseite des Schrankkorpus auf diese Platten Trägerplatten aufgeklebt werden, auf denen Tragstege zur Aufnahme von Einschubelementen, wie beispielsweise Schubladen oder Schubfächern, ausgebildet sind. Diese Pflegewagen haben sich in der Praxis sehr gut bewährt. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabenstellung ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Seitenwand aus einer Außenwand und einer die Innenseite des Schrankkorpus bildenden, an der Außenwand festlegbaren Trägerwand besteht, wobei beide vertikalen Längskanten jeder Außenwand ausgehend von einem Mittelteil der Außenwand einen Aufnahmeraum und Hinterschneidungen bildend zur Innenseite des Schrankkorpus hin mehrfach abgewinkelt sind und jede Trägerwand ausschließlich durch Einstecken in den durch die Abwinklungen der Außenwand gebildeten Aufnahmeraum formschlüssig mit der jeweiligen Außenwand verbunden ist.The solution to this problem is characterized according to the invention in that each side wall consists of an outer wall and a support wall that forms the inside of the cabinet body and can be fixed to the outer wall, whereby both vertical longitudinal edges of each outer wall are angled several times starting from a central part of the outer wall to form a receiving space and undercuts towards the inside of the cabinet body and each support wall is connected in a form-fitting manner to the respective outer wall exclusively by inserting it into the receiving space formed by the bends in the outer wall.

Claims

Protection claims

1. Nursing trolley for hospitals, nursing homes and similar facilities with a cabinet body (2) consisting of open or closed front and back sides and two side walls (1), which can be divided into cupboard compartments, slide-in compartments and/or drawers and can be moved on rollers (3), on the top of which a shelf and/or writing surface (4) is arranged,

characterized,

that each side wall (1) consists of an outer wall (9) and a support wall (10) forming the inside of the cabinet body (2) and which can be fixed to the outer wall (9), whereby both vertical longitudinal edges of each outer wall (9) are angled several times towards the inside of the cabinet body (2) starting from a central part (9a) of the outer wall (9), forming a receiving space (9b) and undercuts (9c), and each support wall (10) is connected in a form-fitting manner to the respective outer wall (9) exclusively by being inserted into the receiving space (9b) formed by the angles of the outer wall (9).

2. Nursing trolley according to claim 1, characterized in that both vertical longitudinal edges of each outer wall (9) are angled inwards to form an outer wall (9) with a C-shaped cross section, such that end regions (9e) of the vertical longitudinal edges are aligned substantially parallel to the central part (9a) of the outer wall (9).

3. Nursing trolley according to claim 2, characterized in that both vertical longitudinal edges of each outer wall (9) are bent twice at right angles inwards.

4. Nursing trolley according to claim 2, characterized in that corner regions (9d) bent at an obtuse angle (α) are connected to the central part (9a) of the outer wall (9) on both sides.

5. Nursing trolley according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that on each support wall (10) at least in the region of the vertical longitudinal edges of the support wall (10) stiffening webs (10b)

are arranged, via which the support wall (10) is supported on the inside of the central part (9a) and/or the corner regions (9d) of the corresponding outer wall (9).

6. Nursing trolley according to claim 5, characterized in that support cams (10f) are formed on the stiffening webs (10b), which rest on the inner sides of the end regions (9e) of the vertical longitudinal edges of the respective outer wall (9).

7. Nursing trolley according to at least one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that on each of the support wall surfaces forming the inner sides of the cabinet body (2) horizontally extending support webs (10c) are formed for receiving insert elements, the free ends (10d) of which are raised relative to a central support surface (10e).

8. Nursing trolley according to at least one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the complete support walls (10) can be produced by means of a deep-drawing process, in particular from plastic.
