Claims (17)

1. Trainingsgerät, mit wenigstens einer Übungseinrichtung (4), die ein Betätigungselement und eine Einrichtung zur Aufnahme von Gewichten zwecks Ausübung einer Gegenkraft auf das Betätigungselement aufweist, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, daß diese Einrichtung als Halterung (45) für wenig­ stens eine Hantel (5) ausgebildet ist.1.
