Claims (8)

1. Meßsystem zur Erfassung der Spindelkraft an Armaturen, welche jeweils eine Armaturspindel zum Bewegen eines Schließkörpers aufweisen, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß das Meßsystem Einrichtungen aufweist, welche die bei dem Betätigen der Armatur aufgebrachte Spindelkraft messen, als Zeitsignal ab­ speichern sowie im Ergebnis grafisch darstellen, wobei folgendes vorgesehen ist:
  • a) Ein Krafisensor, kraftschlüssig an einer Position in Kraftrichtung der wirkenden Spindelkrail angeordnet, liii den Einsatz in funktions­ eingebundenem eingebautem Zustand der Armatur;
  • b) Eine Kalibriermeßeinrichtung, welche zur Kalibrierung des eingebauten Meßkraftsensors hinsichtlich der zu messenden Spindelkraft dient und die Übertragungsfunktion der Spindelkrafiwirkung auf die Meßposition des Kraflsensors mißt, abspeichert und auswertet;
  • c) Meßumformer, Vorverstärker, Verstärker und Filter zur Bearbeitung des Meßsignals des Kraftsensors und ein Analog-/Digital-Umformer zur Wandelung des bearbeiteten Meßsignals in eine digitale Zeitreihe;
  • d) Eine Einrichtung zur automatischen Abspeicherung des digitalisierten Meßsignals des Kraftsensors nach Triggerung durch ein externes Triggersignal wie das Signal einer Stromzange insbesondere bei elektro­ motorisch betriebenen Armaturen oder durch das Krafisignal selbst bei Betätigung der Armatur für die Zeit der jeweiligen Auf oder Zufahrt und
  • e) ein PC zum Auslesen der gespeicherten Daten und zur grafischen Dar­ stellung der Auswertung.

  • e) a PC for reading the stored data and for graphical representation of the evaluation.
