Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Sandwichplatte, die aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Schichten besteht.The invention relates to a sandwich panel consisting of several interconnected layers.
Sandwichplatten weisen in der Regel eine hohe Biegesteifigkeit und Druckfestigkeit bei gleichzeitig geringem Gewicht auf. Bei einfachen Anwendungen werden jedoch geringere Anforderungen an die Eigenschaften der Sandwichplatte gestellt, so daß für diese Anwendungen solche Sandwichplatte prinzipiell zu aufwendig sind. Dadurch ist ein leichtes, steifes Sandwich-Verbündteil geschaffen,
das für viele Anwendungen ausreichende Eigenschaften hat, beispielsweise für den Einsatz als Abtrennwand. ist. Dabei besteht auch die Möglichkeit, zur Festigkeitserhöhung die Zwischenschicht mit einer Faserarmierung zu versehen.
Weiterhin kann die Zwischenschicht aus einer thermisch verdichteten Vliesschicht aus thermoplastischem Material bestehen. Durch
Verwendung einer im Ausgangszustand als Vliesschicht vorliegenden Zwischenschicht werden gegebenenfalls von der Zwischenschicht
ausgehende, innere Spannungen und damit unerwünschte Verformungen der Sandwichplatte vermieden. Beim Verbinden der Vliesschicht mit
dem Stützkern wird die Vliesschicht praktisch vollständig aufgeschmolzen und zu einer homogenen Schicht verdichtet. Bevorzugt

Fig. 1 zeigt eine dreischichtige Sandwichplatte 1 , die einen Stützkern 2 sowie beidseitig mit diesem über jeweils eine Klebeschicht 3 verbundene, faserverstärkte Deckschichten 4 und 5 aufweist. Diese Sandwichplatte 1 weist bei geringem Gewicht eine ausreichende Festigkeit auf, so daß sie für Anwendungsbereiche mit keinen all zu hohen Festigkeitsanforderungen gut einsetzbar ist. Eine solche Sandwichplatte läßt sich auch auf einfache Weise herstellen, indem der Stützkern 2, die Klebeschichten 3 sowie die Deckschichten 4 und 5 bahnförmig zusammengeführt und unter Wärmeeinfluß miteinander verbunden werden.
