Bekannt sind Flaschenverschlüsse in Form von sog. Kronkorken. Weiterhin sind auch sog. Abreißverschlüsse bekannt. Diese sind über eine Wulst des Flaschenmundstückes gepreßt, um die Flasche zu verschließen und dem ggf. vorhandenen Innendruck standzuhalten. Dazu ist am Innenrand der Oberfläche des Verschlusses eine umlaufende Dichtung angebracht. In gewissem Umfang ist es möglich, den einmal geöffneten Kronkorken durch mehr oder weniger starken Druck von Hand wieder auf die Flaschenöffnung aufzusetzen und diese somit wieder zu verschließen. Abreißverschlüsse werden zum Öffnen hingegen völlig zerstört und eignen sich daher nicht zum wenigstens zeitweisen Wiederverschließen.Bottle caps in the form of so-called crown caps are well known. Der beanspruchten Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, daß die bekannten Flaschenverschlüsse in Kronkorken- oder ähnlicher Form nur unter Anwendung eines separaten Hilfsmittels (Flaschenöffner) von der Flasche entfernt und diese somit geöffnet werden kann. Daran ändert auch die Tatsache nichts, daß der Verkehr, wenn kein handelsüblicher Flaschenöffner zur Hand ist, sich verschiedener anderer Hilfsmittel zum Öffnen bedient. Hierzu werden vorzugsweise Schraubenzieher oder anderes Werkzeug, eine zweite mit Kronkorken verschlossene Flasche oder in Einzelfällen sogar die Zähne des Benutzers verwendet. Damit ist oft eine Verletzungsgefahr verbunden oder die Gefahr der Beschädigung des Flaschenmundstücks. Auch ist durch die unterschiedliche Intensität der zum Öffnen erforderlichen Verformung des Verschlusses dieser in recht unterschiedlicher Weise zum Wiederverschließen geeignet bzw. im ungünstigen Falle nicht mehr geeignet. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung ermöglicht die Benutzung (die Öffnung) von Kronkorken oder ähnlichen Flaschenverschlüssen in einfacher Art und Weise ohne Anwendung eines zusätzlichen, separaten Hilfsmittels. Dazu ist der erfindungsgemäße Flaschenverschluß mit einer Lasche, einem Ring, einer Zunge oder ähnlichem verbunden, welche zum manuellen Abziehen geeignet ist. Diese Lasche o.a. ist mit dem Bördelrand des Verschlusses fest verbunden, indem sie entweder dessen Materialfortsetzung darstellt (wie das beim Abreißverschluß der Fall ist) oder indem sie z.B. in Form eines Ringes an dem Verschlußrand befestigt ist. Zu beiden Seiten der Laschenausbildung am Verschlußrand befindet sich je eine Sollbruchstelle, welche durch Materialverringerung erreicht wird, die bis zur Oberkante der Bördelung reicht, durch Anheben der Lasche zwangsreißt und somit das einfache Abnehmen des Verschlusses ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel ermöglicht. Hierdurch wird der Verschluß weitgehend in stets gleicher Weise und nur soweit deformiert, wie es zum leichten Öffnen erforderlich ist, was ein müheloses Wiederverschließen ermöglicht.
