Description
"RÜCKENAKUPRESSUR-MATTE!!"BACK ACUPRESSURE MAT!!
Diese Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Rückenakupressur-Therapie. Es ist bekannt, daß die Akupressur u. Akupunktur immer mehr bei Schmerzzuständen mit Erfog angewandt wird. In der wissenschaftlichen Literatur finden sich mehrere Beiträge aus denen hervorgeht, daß die sogenannten Endorphine, Substanzen die der Körper zur Schmerzhemmung einsetzt, bei Stimmulation an Äkupunkturpunkten in erhöhter Konzentration gemessen werden. Ebenso wurde ein ansteigender Serotoninspiegel (körpereingenes Hormon) festgestellt,, der ebenfalls schmerzhemmend wirkt. Am Rücken und Gesäß des menschlichen Körpers befinden sich re. u. Ii. der Wirbelsäule Akupunkturpunkte, die u.a. zur Schmerzbehandlung der HWS,BWS,LWS zuständig sind. Dort verlaufen, wie es in der jahrtausendalten chinesischen Medizin genannt wird, jeweils zwei Blasenmeridiane, die vorwiegend bei Rückenbeschwerden durch Nadelung oder Akupressur behandelt werden. Sie haben 78 Einlaßpunkte. Weitere Akupunkturpunkte befinden sich am re. u. Ii. Schulterblatt, sowie am Ende der Io. u. 11. Rippe. Da verlaufen "Gallenblasen,-Dünndarm,-Lebermeridiane", sowie der " Drei Wärmebereich, wo sich ebenfalls Einlaßpunkte für HWS1BWS1LWS befinden. Legt sich der Patient mit dem Rücken auf die Matte, werden durch ■: : pyramidenförmig hervorstehenden Noppen die erwähnten Akupunkturpunkte akupressiert u.stimmuliert.Es kommt somit zu einer Reizung und damit verbundenen besseren Durchblutung. Blockaden können sich im HWS1BWS,LWS-Bereich lösen, da ein besserer Energiefluß einsetzt, sodaß es zu einer Entlastung der gesamten Wirbelsäule kommen kann. Nervenenden und Nervenbahnen können sich erholen, wodurch Schmerzlinderung eintreten kann. Weiterin werden auch Muskulatur mit akupressiert wobei sich zusätzlich Myogelosen lösen und es zu einer Normalisierung des gesamten Rücken u. Wie auch bei der Akupunktur, ist es von größter Relevanz, daß die Einlaßpunkte bei völliger Entspannung stimmuliert werden, nur dann ist Erfolg zu erzielen. Durch die Stimmulierung der Akupunkturpunkte kann es, wie auch bei der Akupunktur, bei chron. Beschwerden zu einer evtl. " Erstreaktion " kommen. Das heißt die Beschwerden werden nocheinmal akut. Dies ist positiv zu werten, da durch die Stimmulierung und Reizung die Selbstheilungskräfte aktiviert werden.Diese Reaktion klingt erfahrungsgemäß nach ca. 2-3 Anwendungen wieder ab. Anwendungsempfehlung: Bei akuten Beschwerden tägl. ca. 3o Min., vorbeugend ca. 2-3 mal wöchentlich 15 Min. Da die Matte durch das Material hautschonend ist, teiann sie auch desöfteren angewandt werden, dies ist zu ebenfalls zu empfehlen, da sich durch die Stimmulierung der Einlaßpunkte, der gesamte Organismus vitalisieren kann.As with acupuncture, it is of the utmost importance that the intake points are stimulated when the patient is completely relaxed, only then can success be achieved. Fig. 1: Die Rückenakupressur-Matte ist für die Akupressurtherapie des Rückens und Gesäßes am menschlichen Körper. Auf der Matte, die aus Kunststoff, Gummi o. ähnl. Material besteht, sind angeformte Noppen 2 in gleichmäßiger Höhe und Abstand 4 in Längs u.Querrichtung. Die Noppen 2 sind pyramidenförmig 7 mit leicht abgerundeten 5 oder spitzzulaufenden Köpfen 9 versehen. Mittig der Matte bleibt ein Freiraum 3 in Längsrichtung. Die Matte ist mit einer flachabfallenden Umrandung 5 versehen, die an den Ecken 8 leicht abgerundet oder spitz sind.Fig. 1: The back acupressure mat is for acupressure therapy of the back and buttocks on the human body.
