Die Aufhänge- und Stützvorrichtung besteht im wesentlichen aus dem schräg in die Wand einzuschlagenden Tragstift α, welcher durch eine Hülse b hindurchgeführt ist, die nach abwärts an ihrem rückwärtigen Ende die Stützplatten, c, d trägt. Um diese Aufhängevorrichtung als Massengegenstand zu billigem Preise liefern zu können, wird sie aus einem Blechkörper hergestellt, der im wesentlichen aus dem für die Hülse des Tragstiftes bestimmten Mittelschild b, den daran anschließenden, die Versteifungsrippe ergebenden seitlichen Fahnen e und deren rückwärtigen Verlängerungen c, d besteht, welche zunächst nach der gleichen Seite abgebogen werden und alsdann nach dem Einrollen des Mittelstückes b zur Führungshülse die Stützplatten ergeben. Die beiden Rippen e werden entweder nach Fertigstellung der Führungshülse miteinander vernietet oder durch in Ausnehmungen f eingreifende, wechselseitig umgelegte Lappen g fest miteinander verbunden.' Die beschriebene Vorrichtung bietet noch den Vorteil, daß auch bei großem Wandabstand des aufzuhängenden Gegenstandes durch entsprechende Bemessung der Länge der Hülse b beim unmittelbaren Aufhängen am Tragstift dieser entlastet und dadurch gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen auch bei weniger Halt bietendem Verputz oder Mauerwerk gesichert ist. Die beschriebene Vorrichtung eignet sich nicht nur zur Aufhängung von Bildern, Spiegeln u. dgl, sondern sie ist auch vorteilhaft dort anzuwenden, wo zwecks Schrägstellung der aufzuhängenden Gegenstände diese auf dem als Unterstützung dienenden Tragstift aufgestellt werden.
