Außerdem sind die Enden der Flacheisen jeweils um 45° so abgeschrägt, so daß die beiden Schnittkanten in einem Winkel von 90° zueinander stehen, also parallel zu den benachbarten Wannenrändern liegen. Beabstandet zu den Flacheisenenden sind Verschraubungsbonrungen eingebracht, durch die Schrauben gesteckt sind, deren Kopf oder Mutter in den C-Profilstangen drehfest eingelegt sind.
