Derartige Konsolen werden an langen Flachheizkörpern mit mindestens einer Heizplatte, oberem Abdeckgitter und/oder Konvektionsteil eingesetzt. Gerade diese Heizkörperbauform gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung, da durch den hohen Strahlungsanteil eine besondere Eignung für Niedrigenergielösungen besteht. Daher werden bisher die variierenden mittleren Konsolen von Hand aufgeschweißt. Dazu muß der Heizkörper aus dem technologischen Fluß entnommen werden und steht nicht sofort zur Weiterverarbeitung zur Verfugung. Die Handschweißung erfolgt in wasserführenden Heizkörperbereichen, so daß eine nachfolgende Dichtheitskontrolle notwendig wird.Various designs of brackets are known. Die Konsole besitzt eine U-förmige Gestaltung mit einem oberen Schenkel in verkröpfter Form, welcher mit einem Ausschnitt und einer Rastvorrichtung in einen oberen horizontalen Haltesteg an der Rückseite der Heizplatte eingreift. Ein unterer Schenkel im rechten Winkel zum Mittelteil der Konsole übergreift einen unteren horizontalen Haltesteg an der Heizplatte von außen her und ist daran arretiert. Unter einem Winkel von ca. 30° zur Senkrechten wird die Konsole mit Ausschnitt und Rastvorrichtung am oberen Schenkel auf den oberen Haltesteg gesteckt. Erst durch das Schwenken der Konsole in die vertikale Endlage wirkt die Rastvorrichtung, da dann kein Spiel mehr zwischen den beiden Teilen vorhanden ist. Die Rastvorrichtung besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Nocken an der Spitze des nach innen verkröpften oberen Schenkels, der in eine zugeordnete Bohrung am Haltesteg eingreift. Mit der neuerungsgemäßen Konsolenanordnung wird insbesondere die Mittelaufhängung an langen Flachheizkörpern vereinfacht. Die Konsolen können sowohl an Heizplatten mit als auch ohne Konvektionsteil eingesetzt werden. Notwendige Schweißungen können mit herkömmlichen Maschinen standardisiert werden und erfolgen außerhalb der wasserführenden Heizkörperbereiche, so daß Dichtheitskontrollen wegfallen. Das Abdeckgitter wird zusätzlich unterstützt und kann mit üblichen Verbindungselementen, wie z.B. Spreiznieten, leicht befestigt werden. Mit der Rastvorrichtung ist die Position der Konsoie bei der Montage festgelegt. Die Konsole besteht aus einem Mittelteil 1 und einem dazu im rechten Winkel stehenden oberen und unteren Schenkel 2, 3. Der obere Schenkel 2 besitzt eine verkröpfte Form mit einem Nocken 4 am Ende, einem benachbarten Ausschnitt 5 sowie einem Quersteg 6. Montiert wird die Konsole in leichter Schräglage, indem der Ausschnitt 5 über einen oberen Haltesteg 7 an der Rollnaht 8 der Heizplatte 9 geschoben wird. Dieser ist genau wie der untere Haltesteg T außerhalb des Wasserführungskanales 10 angeschweißt, steht im rechten Winkel zur Heizplatte 9 und überragt den Konvektionsteil 11. Durch Schwenken der Konsole in die vertikale Endlage rastet der Nocken 4 von unten in einer zugeordneten Bohrung 12 am oberen Haltesteg 7 ein und der Quersteg kommt an der Oberseite zur Auflage. Gleichzeitig schiebt sich der untere Schenkel 3 außen über den unteren Haitesteg T und wird daran mit einer Schraube 13 gesichert. Das Abdeckgitter 14 wird von oben über Rollnaht 8 sowie Mittelteil 1 der Konsole gesteckt und z.B. mit Spreiznieten 15 am oberen Haltesteg 7 befestigt.The console consists of a middle part 1 and an upper and lower leg 2, 3 that are at right angles to it.
