Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flüssigkeitspumpe für Mundspülgeräte nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a liquid pump for mouthwash devices according to the preamble of claim 1.
Mundspüigeräte sind mit einer Flüssigkeitspumpe ausgerüstet, die Wasser aus einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter in Form eines pulsierenden Flüssigkeitssiroms zu einer Spritzdüse fördert. Um zu verhindern, daß bei geschlossener Spritzdüse und laufender Pumpe in der Pumpenkammer ein Überdruck entsteht, sind die bekannten Flüssigkeitspumpen mit einem Überdruckschutz in Form einer Fiüssigkeitsrückführung über ein Bypassventil zwischen Pumpenkammer und Wassereinlaß versehen. Das Bypassventil besitzt einen federbelasteten Ventiikörper, wobei durch Einstellen der Federkraft der Druck in der Pumpenkammer reguliert werden kann.Mouthwashes are equipped with a liquid pump that pumps water from a liquid container to a spray nozzle in the form of a pulsating liquid stream. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß bei Ansprechen des Bypassventils sich im Gegendruckraum ein mittleres Druckniveau einstellt, wodurch die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit im Ventilbereich so gedrosselt wird, daß keine unangenehmen Geräusche entstehen können. Darüber hinaus sind vorteilhaft die Elastizität und die Dimension des Dichtelementes so gewählt, daß zwar eine Abdichtung stattfindet, jedoch bei geringem Druck eine Durchlässigkeit erreicht wird, so daß der aufgebaute Druck in der Pumpenkammer langsam entweichen kann.This ensures that when the bypass valve is activated, a medium pressure level is established in the counterpressure chamber, whereby the flow speed in the valve area is throttled so that no unpleasant noises can occur. Durch einen nicht dargestellten Motor wird über das Pleuel 13 der Faltenbalg 12 in Tätigkeit gesetzt und Wasser aus einem nicht dargestellten Flüssigkeitsbehälter über den Wassereinlaß 7 angesaugt und über das Rückschlagventil 10 in die Pumpenkammer 11 und von dort über den Wasserauslaß 8 als pulsierender Flüssigkeitsstrom zu einer nicht dargestellten Spritzdüse gefördert. Damit bei geschlossener Spritzdüse und laufendem Motor in der Pumpenkammer 11 kein Überdruck entstehen kann, ist das Bypassventil 2 vorgesehen, über das dann die Flüssigkeit über den Wassereinlaß in den Flüssigkeitsbehälter zurückgefördert wird. Durch Betätigen der Verstelleinrichtung 9 kann die Federkraft der Druckfeder 4 eingestellt und dadurch der Druck in der Pumpenkammer 11 reguliert werden. Beim Ansprechen des Bypassventils 2 stellt sich im erfindungsgemäßen Gegendruckraum 6 ein mittleres Druckniveau ein.
