State of the art

In microsurgical surgical techniques (minimally invasive surgery), surgical interventions are carried out inside the body through a few small openings. Among other things, it is necessary to rinse the operating room to remove any residual body fluids that have leaked out. The appropriate rinsing fluid must be introduced into the body under pressure from the disposable containers provided via suitable pipes. According to the state of the art, a gas pressure line and a withdrawal tube are pierced through the elastic closure of the disposable container in order to empty the contents under pressure. The dispensing device therefore consists of two parts that must be pushed through the closure separately and next to one another. In addition to the inconvenience of handling, it can also happen that the two punctures are placed too close together, the closure between them breaks and an unacceptable opening is created from which the compressed gas flows out and there is no longer enough excess pressure in the container to empty it properly. The container and its contents may therefore be lost.

The present invention is based on the task of designing the dispensing device in one piece in order to make handling easier and to avoid the disadvantages mentioned. To this end, the dispensing device is constructed from two concentric tubes, whereby

the outer, shorter pipe is used for gas supply and the inner, longer pipe is intended for liquid removal. Both pipes are sealed against each other and to the outside, contain the openings for gas supply and the discharge of the rinsing liquid and are prepared at the end for easy piercing of the liquid container's cap. A bevel at the end of the inner pipe also allows unhindered access of the liquid even if it hits the bottom of the container. A sturdy handle makes handling even easier.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the inner tube is longer and is slidably sealed against the outer tube. This allows liquid containers of different sizes to be emptied if the inner tube is pushed through to the bottom of the container.

Dispenser for rinsing liquid according to claim 1, characterized characterized in that the inner tube for liquid extraction is bevelled and sharpened at the end. 3. Dispensing device for rinsing liquid according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a handle is attached to the upper end. 4. Dispensing device for rinsing liquid according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inner tube is longer and displaceable in order to be able to empty containers of different sizes to the bottom.
