Description
The invention relates to a self-supporting roof panel for pitched roofs for supporting a roof covering, with a base plate with cast-in reinforcement projecting upwards above the base plate, in particular in the form of lattice girders, as well as corresponding roof structures.
The roof panel is self-supporting and the reinforced concrete slab is covered by a layer of insulating material up to below the fastening elements, and at least one metal stop surface is provided on the concrete slab, via which the panel is fastened to a support on the house.
The roof panels are installed with support in the eaves and gable area, whereby adjacent concrete panels are first connected to each other and then the non-insulated area above the butt joints is filled with insulating material - then the horizontal roof battens are attached.
The well-known roof panel has the following disadvantages: Installation is complicated because the insulation layer, which is preferably foamed, cannot reach the edge of the panel and must be re-insulated at the edges of the panel. Furthermore, the top of the roof panel is not sturdy and the roof panel can become damp during storage, transport and installation. Finally, a metal contact surface for the support represents an unwelcome thermal or damp bridge.
Die erfindungsgemäße Dachtafel ist vor allem dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dachtafel zweiplattig ausgebildet ist, wobei der Oberteil der Bewehrung in eineThe roof panel according to the invention is characterized in particular by the fact that the roof panel is designed as two panels, with the upper part of the reinforcement being

Cover plate is cast in and a gap is provided between the base plate and cover plate.
According to the invention, a type of hollow panel is provided, i.e. a panel with a base plate and a cover plate with a gap between the two panels. Hollow concrete panels as roof panels are known per se from DE-OS 32 10 607 with the disadvantage of high weight. In the present case, however, high weight can be avoided by forming the cover plate from lightweight concrete with high overall strength and walkability of the panel. Furthermore, it is not necessary to pre-insulate each individual panel with the disadvantage of non-environmentally compliant foaming; instead, connected panels can be insulated together on site using environmentally friendly materials by blowing in insulation material using the so-called Isofloc process. This ensures that the insulation is dry. Since the cover plate is vapor-permeable lightweight concrete, neither rear ventilation nor a vapor barrier is required.
Furthermore, the cover plate can have surface profiles from the outset, which make the attachment of roofing felt, roof battens or counter battens before covering superfluous.
Finally, the roof panels according to the invention do not have any metal stop surfaces for the support - it has been found that a connection to the house can be made more conveniently through the base plate via an anchor in the knee wall, a gable wall or a partition wall.
Diese Dachkonstruktion hat den Vorteil, daß keine abgehängte Decke erforderlich ist, um den Dachbodenraum als beheizbaren Wohnraum nutzen zu können, sondern es wird lediglich eine entsprechende Dachtafel horizontalIn order to ensure good insulation, the roof panels according to the invention are preferably not laid in the direction from the gable to the eaves, but rather parallel to the ridge. This roof construction has the advantage that no suspended ceiling is required in order to be able to use the attic space as a heated living space, but rather only a corresponding roof panel is laid horizontally.
zwischen den Dachschrägen als Decke verlegt. Dies ist besonders für kleine Baueinheiten, wie Ein- oder Zweifamilienhäuser, vorteilhaft.between the sloping roofs as a ceiling. This is particularly advantageous for small building units, such as single or two-family houses.
Bevorzugt ist hier jedoch, die Dachiattung 9 als Bestandteil der Deckschicht 2 einstückig auszubilden, z.B. durch Einlegen von Matrizen vor dem Gießen.in the drawing, a roof construction using a roof panel according to the invention is shown schematically in section. Fig. 2 shows a detail of Fig. 1. The roof panel 25 consists of a base layer 1 made of heavy concrete (e.g. B 300) and a cover layer 2 made of lightweight concrete (e.g. B 40) with cast-in grid reinforcement 3, the space 4 between layers 1 and 2 being insulated with Isofloc material 5 where necessary. The reference number 6 designates a barrier to limit the isofloc-filled area. The lower end of the roof panel 25 is open and covered with a formwork panel 7 which is screwed to cast-in angles 8. On the top of the cover layer 2, a screwed-on roof covering 9 is shown, which carries the gutter 10 at the eaves end and is covered with tiles 11. However, it is preferred here to form the roof covering 9 as a single piece as a component of the covering layer 2, e.g. by inserting matrices before pouring.
At the gable end of the roof panel 25, it abuts against a ceiling panel 12 of the same construction, on which roof rafters 13 rest as a continuation of the roof panel to the ridge via roof beams 14. The joints between ceiling panel 12 and the roof panels 25 are sealed with acrylic rubber, for example.
The roof panel 25 has a circumferential opening 16 filled with cork or another insulating material 15. The opening is bridged by an internal reinforcement 20 (e.g. made of stainless steel). This area serves to prevent a cold bridge and is referred to as an iso basket. The roof panel 25 is screwed at intervals via screw bolts 17 with anchor sleeves 18 in the knee wall 19, as can be seen better in Fig. 2. The knee wall 19 has an external cladding 21.
Fig. 2 ist in etwas größerem Maßstab gehalten. Fig. 2 is on a slightly larger scale. When producing the roof panel 25, windows 22 are cut out in the base layer 1 at suitable intervals (e.g. every 2 - 3 m) and corresponding, slightly larger windows 23 are cut out in the covering layer 2. Before moving the roof panel 25, the anchor sleeves 18 are anchored in the knee wall 19 when re-covering, otherwise they are already provided in the appropriate places during construction. The windows 22, 23 are preferably square, with a cranked steel retaining plate 24 adapted to the inner window 22 being inserted through the outer window 23 after the roof panel 25 has been moved and screwed down using the screw bolt 17. The outer windows 23 can remain open as they are covered by the covering elements; however, it is also considered to close them off with attached and sealed covers.
The roof panels according to the invention comply with the IBO specification, i.e. the biological requirements specified therein and do not fall under the hazardous waste disposal regulations when the building is demolished; their components are fully recyclable.
