Die Neuerung betrifft einen Sicherungsverschluß für Faltschachteln. Mit einem Arbeitsgang in der Faltschachtel-Klebemaschine wird die doppelt gestaltete Einstecklasche nach innen und die Faltschachtel wie üblich geklebt. Die nach innen geklebte Seite erhält eine Blindprägung, so daß sie nach dem Kleben um die Höhe dieser Prägung in ihrem äußeren Bereich absteht. In diesem Abstand greifen beim Schließen der Faltschachtel federnd die beiden Seitenlaschen. Somit wird ein gewisser Sicherungsverschluß erreicht, der beliebig oft geöffnet und wieder verschlossen werden kann.The innovation concerns a safety closure for folding boxes. Sicherungsverschlüsse bei Faltschachteln sind üblich. Die am meisten angewandte Ausführung sind die Sicherungsschlitze in der Boden- und Deckellasche. Während sie im Bodenbereich einen Sicherheitsfaktor darstellen, sind sie im Deckelbereich ab einer gewissen Veredelung der FS nicht mehr akzeptabel. Bei Kosmetikfaltschachteln verzichtet man evtl. ganz oder setzt seit den 80er Jahren die sogenannte Klemmrille ein, die man aber kaum als Sicherungsverschluß ansehen kann. Bei einer weiteren Variante (GM Nr.: G 90 02 783 3) wird ein Teil der beiden Seitenlaschen auf die Deckellasche geklebt und damit ein innen liegender Sicherungsschlitz erreicht. Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Neuerung ein Zuschnitt zugrunde, der auf einer normalen Faltschachtel-Klebemaschine zu verarbeiten ist und nach dem Aufrichten im Deckelbereich einen Sicherungsverschluß aufweist. Dieser Verschluß läßt sich beliebig oft öffnen und wieder verschließen, ohne das Aussehen der FS zu beeinträchtigen. Das wäre besonders bei Pharmafaltschachteln von Vorteil. Aber auch bei einmaligem Öffnen z.B. Kosmetikfaltschachteln ist der innen liegende Sicherungsverschluß von Vorteil. Hinzu kommt noch eine größere Stabilität im Einsteckbereich. Auch die Faltschachtel mit Diagonalrillen in den Seitenlaschen (FIG 4) bei der normale Sicherungsschlitze nicht verwendet werden können, eignet sich besonders für die neue Ausführung.Based on this state of the art, the innovation is based on a blank that can be processed on a normal folding box gluing machine and has a safety lock in the lid area after it has been erected.
