Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Einfaßprofilelement für plattenartige Füllungen von Rahmen wie Türrahmen, Duschabtrennungen und dergleichen, bestehend aus einem U-förmigen Grundprofil, welches mit seinen U-Schenkeln den Plattenrand umfaßt und in der Kombination Grundprofil-Plattenrand in ein U-förmiges Einbauprofil eingesetzt ist.The invention relates to a edging profile element for plate-like fillings of frames such as door frames, shower partitions and the like, consisting of a U-shaped base profile, which surrounds the edge of the plate with its U-legs and is inserted into a U-shaped installation profile in the combination base profile-plate edge.

Das dort beschriebene U-förmige Scheibeneinfaßprofil wird klemmend über die Scheibenränder geschoben und im Bedarfsfall in den auf Gehrung geschnittenen Eckbereichen befestigt, wobei diese Befestigung durch Kleben erfolgen kann. Eine Abdichtung gegen Schlagregen oder andere drückende Wassermengen läßt sich mit dieser Profillösung allerdings nicht erzielen.Such profile systems are widely known, for example, for framing window panes. Eine Anordnung zum Abdichten einer Trennscheibe in einen Profilrahmen ist aus der DE 42 23 420 C1 bekannt geworden. Dort wird eine Trennscheibe in einen U-förmigen Einfaßrahmen eingesetzt, und die Abdichtung dieser Kombination erfolgt durch einen schlauchförmigen Dichtungsstreifen aus elastischem Material. Dieser Aufbau gibt zwar in der gestreckten Länge der Profilkombination eine verläßliche Abdichtung gegen Wassereintritt, jedoch ist in den Eckbereichen eine solche verläßliche Abdichtung nur mit erhöhtem Aufwand zu erzielen. Da die Einzelprofile in den Eckbereichen jeweils stumpf oder auf Gehrung geschnitten aneinanderstoßen, müssen in diesen Bereichen aufwendige Maßnahmen z.B. durch Verkleben oder Verschweißen der Einzelprofile durchgeführt werden. Dies verteuert den Einsatz solcher Profilkombinationen erheblich. Werden allerdings diese aufwendigen Maßnahmen nicht durchgeführt, wird keine Dichtigkeit in den Profilecken erzielt und das Wasser kann relativ ungehindert in die Profilsysteme eintreten.An arrangement for sealing a cutting disc in a profile frame is known from DE 42 23 420 C1. Hier setzt die Erfindung ein, die es sich zur Aufgabe gestellt hat, ein Profilsystem anzugeben, welches ohne aufwendige Eckenbearbeitung bei der Montage als dichtender Profürahmen um Türfüllungen, Duschabtrennungen usw. herumgelegt und befestigt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu vorgeschlagen, daß das U-förmige Grundprofil als einstückig umlaufender Dichtungsrahmen ausgebildet ist, daß in den Eckbereichen durch die Basis und einen Teilbereich der U-Schenkel wenigstens ein Kerbschnitt verläuft, und daß in den freien Enden der U-Schenkel eine zugaufnehmende Verstärkungseinlage durchgehend eingebracht ist.This is where the invention comes in, which has set itself the task of specifying a profile system that can be laid and secured as a sealing profile frame around door panels, shower partitions, etc. without complex corner processing during assembly. Der Vorteil dieser Kerbschnitte in den Eckbereichen ist es, daß das Einfaßprofil in gestreckter Länge eingesetzt werden kann, ohne daß Einzellängen aufwendig in den Eckbereichen miteinander konfektioniert werden müßten. Der wenigstens eine Kerbschnitt in den vorgesehenen Eckbereichen ermöglicht den Einsatz des Profüs im Rahmen einer entsprechenden Toleranzbreite der Füllungen. Da in den Eckbereichen des gestreckten Profils mehrere Kerbschnitte hintereinander angeordnet sein können, können diese Füliungstoleranzen ohne weiteres überbrückt werden. Je nach der Breite der Füllung wird dann der eine oder der andere Kerbschnitt im zugeordneten Eckbereich für die Umlegung der angeschlossenen Profilbereiche benutzt. Die in den freien Enden der U-Schenkel durchgehend eingebrachte zugaufnehmende Verstärkungseinlage verhindert dabei, daß das Grundprofil in diesen eingeschnittenen Bereichen bei der Montage abreißt. Dies ist besonders wichtig deshalb, weil erfindungsgemäß der wenigstens eine Kerbschnitt bis in den Bereich der freien Enden der U-Schenkel reicht. Die Vorkonfektion ist derart durchgeführt, daß der wenigstens eine Kerbschnitt in den vorgegebenen Toleranzbereichen der zu verarbeitenden Füllungen beispielsweise werkseitig bei der Herstellung des Grundprofils 1 bereits eingebracht ist, so daß bei der Konfektionierung der Füllungen 5 das Grundprofil nur noch um die Eckbereiche der Füllungen 5 herumgezogen werden muß, ohne daß hier noch größere Kerbschnitte oder ähnliche Konfektionsmaßnahmen durchzuführen wären.Fig. 3 also shows a spool 6 onto which the prefabricated base profile 1 is wound.
