Kfz - Starterbatterie (A + C ) mit integrierter Buchse ( Al + Cl ) zur Aufnahme eines Service- bzw. Starthilfekabel ( B ) mit Steckern (Bl + B2 ).Car starter battery (A + C) with integrated socket (Al + Cl) for a service or jump start cable (B) with plugs (Bl + B2).
Kfz - Starterbatterien üblicher Bauart bestehen äußerlich aus dem Batteriegehäuse und einem Pluspol und einem Minuspol. Um eine entladene Kfz - Batterie fremd zu starten, werden handelsübliche Startliilfekabel mit federbelasteten Anschlußklemmen benutzt. Es kommt hierbei immer wieder vor, daß durch Verwechslung der Pole, es zur endgültigen Zerstörung der Kfz - Batterie kommt. Da dieser Arbeitsscliritt oft durch Laien vollzogen wird, steht der Sicherheitsaspekt an erster Stelle.The usual design of a vehicle starter battery consists of a battery casing and a positive and negative pole.
