Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schließe für Hals-, Arm- oder andere Schmuckketten oder -bänder.The invention relates to a clasp for necklaces, bracelets or other jewelry chains or bands.

Schließen für solche Zwecke sind in vielfältiger Form als Kastenschließen, Federringe, Schraubenschließen, Karabiner oder Springringe bekannt. Diese bekannten Schließen haben den Nachteil, daß die Bedienelemente zum Verbinden der Schließenteile bzw. zum Ver- oder Entriegeln derselben äußerst geringe Abmessungen aufweisen und deren Handhabung aus diesem Grunde sehr große Fingerfertigkeit und Geschicklichkeit erfordert. Beim Anlegen von Halsschmuck kann das Zusammenfügen der Schließenteile zudem meist nicht visuell verfolgt werden, und Armschmuck kann oft nur einhändig angelegt werden, so daß sich die Schwierigkeiten bei der Handhabung der Schließen noch vergrößern.Clasps for such purposes are known in a variety of forms such as box clasps, spring rings, screw clasps, snap hooks or spring rings.
