Je nach Einstellung kann der Treibstoffdurchfluß nach Bedarf des Motors reguliert werden. Die Stellschraube (Abb.2) hat eine Bohrung, durch die dem Treibstoff Luft zugeführt werden kann. Diese Luftzufuhr wird in der Menge durch eine Luftzufuhrschraube (Abb.3) reguliert. Die Luftzufuhrschraube (Abb.3) wird in die Stellschraube (Abb.2) eingeschraubt. Durch eine Feder wird je nach Einstellung eine Verschlußkugel (Abb.4) gegen die Luftzufuhrleitung (Abb.3) gedruckt. Je nach eingestelltem Unterdruck durch die Stellschraube (Abb.2) im Dieselspargerät (Abb.l) wird die Luft entsprechend stark durch die Luftzufuhrleitung in der Stellschraube (Abb.2) angesaugt und mit dem Treibstoff vermischt. Die angesaugte Luft wird über eine Heizung (Abb.5) auf ca. 65 Grad Celsius erwärmt, was eine noch sauberere Verbrennung zur Folge hat. Die Heizugn wird über die Stromversorgung des jeweiligen Fahrzeuges - (L2-24 Volt) oder die Hauptstromversorgung (220 Volt) betrieben.The fuel flows through the diesel saver (Fig. 1), which is installed in the fuel line.
