Description (according to § 5 GebrAnmV) Outsole (Al, A2, A3):

_ The profile in the forefoot is aligned so that the described rolling line (a) α of approx. 115° (longitudinal axis of the foot (d) = 90° + 25° in the direction of the big toe) is achieved, so that the foot in the shoe rolls like a barefoot foot. The tolerance of the rolling line α can be between 105° and 130° (longitudinal axis of the foot = 90° + x° in the direction of the big toe), depending on the type of shoe and the function of the shoe. The profile is then arranged at a 90° angle to this rolling line medially and laterally (or continuously from medial to lateral). The start for the constant 115° rolling direction is the bend line (c), which is at a 90° angle to the 115° rolling line through the intersection of the ball line (b) β and the longitudinal axis of the foot. The transition from the midfoot to this starting line in the forefoot occurs smoothly along the last shape with the help of a (fictitious) radius. The profile arrangement thus smoothly transitions into a 90° angle to the longitudinal axis of the foot in the midfoot. For special shoe types (such as the tolerance between 105° and 130° of the rolling line mentioned above), the profile arrangement is handled in the same way as for the 115° arrangement, only with a correspondingly larger or smaller rolling line in relation to the longitudinal axis of the foot. The sole profile is variable.

Midsole (Bl, B2 a/b, B3):

The special feature of the midsole is, on the one hand, its flexibility (in the rolling direction and to the side) and, on the other hand, its rolling behavior in the midfoot/forefoot. The flexibility - both in the rolling direction and to the side - is achieved by dividing the entire sole into various geometric shapes (e.g. cubes (Bl), rectangles (B2 a/b), bars (B3)). The thickness of the midsole and the length of the cuts on its top (or bottom) is variable, depending on the type of shoe and the function of the shoe. The length or size of the geometric shapes is also variable (depending on the type of shoe and the function of the shoe). The rolling behavior in the midfoot/forefoot is designed in a similar way to the rolling process of the outsole described above (115°, tolerance of 105° - 130°). The beginning of the starting line, the rolling line, the flowing transition from the midfoot to the forefoot, etc. are precisely adapted to those of the outsole (or vice versa), so that the midsole and outsole function as a unit and can look different depending on the shoe type and function of the shoe. The rolling direction of the outsole and midsole of a shoe type is always the same.

SHOES FORACTIVES MANAGEMENT Protection claims pursuant to Section 6 GebrAnmV) 1. Outsole (A1-A3) and midsole (B1-B3) in sports shoes, which are characterized by a new rolling line between 105°-135° in the forefoot, such that the profile lines of the outsole and the geometric shapes of the midsole are not arranged in a horseshoe shape as before, but are constructed at a 90° angle to the rolling line. This 90° arrangement in the forefoot extends to the bend line (c). The transition from the bend line of the forefoot to the midfoot is smooth, so that the rolling movement of the foot in the shoe is similar to that of natural barefoot walking and thereby optimizes the rolling movement of the foot in the shoe. 2. The midsole is characterized by a whole-sole division in such a way that the sole becomes flexible through the division into geometric shapes (B1-B3); this ensures that the midsole becomes as flexible as when "walking barefoot".
