Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gliederkäfig nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a link cage according to the preamble of the main claim.
Durch die FR 2 076 180 ist ein Gliederkäfig für Rollen bekannt, bei dem kastenförmige Segmente aus Kunststoff über elastische Gelenke miteinander verbunden sind. Die Gelenke sind in die Seitenringe eingearbeitet. Durch eine dem Verwendungszweck angepaßte Gesamtlänge des Gliederkäfigs können verschiedene Anwendungen mit kreisförmigen oder komplex gekrümmten Laufbahnen abgedeckt werden. Der Anwendungsbereich erstreckt sich demnach auch auf Rollengänge mit Tragfunktion oder zur Abstützung von Transmissionen.FR 2 076 180 describes a link cage for rollers in which box-shaped plastic segments are connected to one another via elastic joints. Nachteilig ist bei der bekannten Lösung, daß die Gelenke aufeinanderfolgende Segmente in beide Richtungen elastisch abstützen, dadurch auch einseitig nachgeben können und somit eine Schiefstellung der Rollen oder deren Einklemmen in die Tasche des Kastenelementes möglich ist. Eine präzise Führung ist somit nicht immer zu erwarten. Weiterhin hat der bekannte Gliederkäfig mindestens eine unverbundene Stelle, bzw. ist nicht endlos, so daß beim Zusammenbau Vorkehrungen gegen Auseinanderfallen getroffen werden müssen.The disadvantage of the known solution is that the joints elastically support successive segments in both directions, which means they can also give way on one side and thus the rollers can become skewed or jammed in the pocket of the box element. Die Segmente sind kastenförmig ausgeführt und bilden eine feste Tasche für Rollen. Dadurch sind die Segmente untereinander fest abgestützt und können sich nicht schiefstellen. Bei Bedarf können die Gleitflächen auch gekrümmt sein und so der Bewegung der Segmente angepaßt werden. Der gesamte Gliederkäfig, der im eingebauten Zustand endlos ist, ist von einem elastischen Federelement, beispielsweise einer Schraubenfeder, einem Gummiring, etc. zusammengehalten, um den Einbau einfacher zu gestalten.The segments are box-shaped and form a solid pocket for rollers. Das in den Figuren dargestellte Keilscheibengetriebe besteht aus zwei gleichgroßen Keilrädern 1, deren Keilscheiben wechselseitig verstellbar sind und somit ein bekanntes Schubgliederband 2 fester Länge stets gespannt halten. Der Rücken des Schubgliederbandes 2 wird durch eine endlose Rollenkette 3 abgestützt, die selbst gegen ein flexibles, jedoch in der Länge festes Stahlband 4 im Außenbereich anläuft.
