BESCHREBUNG
Gehäuselose Rettungszeichenleuchte
Die Anmeldung wird in folgender Weise ergänzt:
1. Die zum Gebrauchsmuster angemeldete Rettungszeichenleuchte war in Konzeption und Konstruktion für eine wandseitige Befestigung ausgelegt, so daß die Rückseite zur Wand hin befestigt wird und fur optische Funktionen nur die Vorderseite verfügbar ist. Für Einsatzzwecke, in denen op-tische Informationen nach 2 Richtungen hin abgegeben werden müssen, ist folgende Ergänzung notwendig:
Rettungszeichenleuchten, die beidseitig erkennbar sein müssen, werden aus 2 Lichtleiterplatten (1) und einer zwischengelegten weißen Folie (3) gebildet und miteinander verschraubt (21). Ein entsprechend breites U-Profil (19) bildet die Kammer zur Aufnahme der LEDs. Die Befestigung oder Aufhängung der Leuchte erfolgt über die Schrauben (15), die zusätzlich zur Verbindung der Lichtleiterplatten (1) mit dem U-Profil (19) dienen.
2. In der Gebrauchsmusteranmeldung vom 04.09.1995 wurde der Lichtübergang aus den LEDs in die Lichtleiterplatten mittels Reflektoren und Streulinsen beschrieben. - Diese können entfallen durch die Verringerung des Abstandes zwischen den LEDs und die Erzeugung von Oberflächenrauhheit auf den Lichteinkoppelflächen.
3. Die in der Anmeldung vom 04.09.1995 mit U-Profil (12) oder Führungsplatte (13) benannten Bauteile werden zur montagetechnischen Vereinfachung verändert: Der rückwärtige Schenkel des U-Profils (12) wird verlängert, zunächst nach hinten und dann nochmals nach unten abgewinkelt. Der untere Teil des hinteren Schenkels dient nun zur Befestigung der gesamten Leuchte. - In einer weiteren Ausführungsart wird die Lichtleiterplatte (1) wie bisher mit dem U-Profil verbunden. Die wahlweise verwendbare Führungsplatte (13) wird jedoch 2teilig ausgeführt. Die Rückseite der Führungsplatte (13) wird oben anstatt nach vorn nun kurz nach hinten abgewinkelt. Der schmale abgewinkelte Streifen erhält Bördelmuttern (17) eingesetzt. Ein zweites L-fÖrmig abgewinkeltes Blechteil (13a) bildet nun das obere U-Profil, indem es mit Schrauben (18) auf den nach hinten weisenden schmalen Streifen der Führungsplatte (13) aufgesetzt wird. Die Montage der Leuchte erfolgt über zwei Bohrungen (20) in der Führungsplatte (13).
4. Es können einfarbige wie auch Leuchtdioden mit Mehrfarbsystemen, z. B. RGB-(rot-grünblau)-Dioden verwendet werden, die durch Lichtmischung unterschiedliche Farben einschließlich Weiß zulassen.

    SCHUTZANSPRÜCHE
    Gehäuselose Rettungszeichenleuchte...
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die zur Beleuchtung eines Leuchtkörpers aus lichtleitendem Plattenmaterial dienenden Leuchtdioden auf eine oder mehrere Schmalseiten des Leuchtkörpers aufgesetzt werden,
    daß die Leuchtdioden in Stecksockeln gehalten werden,
    daß die Leuchtdioden mit Reflektoren und Streuoptiken bestückt werden oder die Lichtverteilung durch Oberflächenrauhheit erreicht wird,
    daß die Leuchtdioden über eine Leuchtdiodenträgerplatine gehalten und elektrisch versorgt werden, die über Anschlußstifte verfügt, mit denen auch die Höhenjustierung der Platine vorgenommen wird,
    daß Hochleistungsleuchtdioden mit gelber Lichtabstrahlung (- 2 cd) als Leuchtmittel wie auch Leuchtdioden mit mehreren Farbsystemen eingesetzt werden,
    daß durch Belassen von 2 oder mehr Stützpfeilern auf den die Leuchtdioden tragenden Schmalseiten des lichtleitenden Materials die Festigkeit der Gesamtkonstruktion erhöht wird und ein sauberer und einfacher Randabschluß erfolgt,
    daß das lichtleitende Material auf der Rückseite mattiert ist, um eine Reflektionsfläche zur Hintergrundausleuchtung zu schaffen,
    daß die Leuchtdioden auch in mehreren Gruppen geschaltet sein können, um Redundanz zu erzielen,
    daß das lichtleitende Material im Leuchtdiodenbereich durch ein U-Profil aus Metall oder Kunststoff abgedeckt wird oder daß dieses U-Profil als breites 1- oder 2teiliges Doppel-U-Profil zum Einschieben des lichtleitenden Materials ausgeführt wird,
    daß das Rettungszeichen aus Farbe oder Folie auf der Frontseite der Rettungszeichenleuchte angebracht ist,
    daß durch Zusammenfügen zweier Lichtleiterplatten unter Verwendung eines gemeinesamen U-Profils eine von 2 Betrachtungsseiten sichtbare Rettungszeichenleuchte gebildet wird.
