Description
Anlage für die kontinuierliche Herstellung von Halwa.Plant for continuous production of Halwa.
Es ist bekannt, daß Süsswarenerzeugnisse wie die Halwa Produkte - zusammengesetzt aus türkischem Honig, vermischt und geknetet, mit Sesampaste - wo der türkische Honig in heißem Zustand mit der Hand zu Fadenform "gezogen" wird - eine Menge physische Körperleistung dem Arbeiter abverlangt.It is known that confectionery products such as Halwa products - composed of Turkish honey, mixed and kneaded with sesame paste - where the Turkish honey is "pulled" by hand into thread form while it is still hot - require a lot of physical effort from the worker.
Um Halwa aus einem Konditoreiprodukt, zu einem Massenerzeugniss zu machen, mußten die
Prozessvorgänge mechanisiert und zu einem kontinuierlichem Arbeitsverfahren gebracht werden.
Dieses Problem wird durch die im Patentanspruch aufgeführte Merkmale gelöst, indem der heisse
Bestandteil - der türkische Honig oder Karamelmasse - über einem Fadenziehkopf in einer
geriebener Ölsaatmasse aufgetragen wird, beide Bestandteile werden in einem bestimmten
Verhältnis zueinander dosiert in der Mischschnecke gebracht. Die Doppelschnecke hat umeinander
greifende Transportscheiben sowie nachfolgende Misch-und Gegenmischelemente zwecks einer
optimalen Homogenisierung und Qualitätsfestlegung von Halwa. Während des Misch-und
Knetvorganges ist auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, Zusatzbestandteile in der Doppelschnecke
beizumischen, wie geröstete Mandeln, Nüsse, Lokumstücke, Schokoladeraspel u. a. je nach der
erwünschten Qualität. Beim Ausfahren des Produktes ist eine reduzierte Öffnung vorgesehen um
der gemischten Halwamasse eine entsprechende strangartige Form zu erteilen, wichtig für die
nachfoplgende Verpackungsanlage.In order to transform Halwa from a confectionery product into a mass product, the processes had to be mechanized and made into a continuous operation.

When the product is fed out, a reduced opening is provided to give the mixed halva mass a corresponding strand-like shape, important for the subsequent packaging system.

Über eine Rohrleitung 1 wird die Ölsaatpaste, dosiert in die Maschine gebracht und über eine
zweite Rohrleitung 3 die heisse Karamelmasse. Nachdem die Ölsaatpaste von einer Doppelschnecke 7 übernommen wurde, ist über einem Fadenformer 2 die Karamelmasse auch
entsprechend dosiert zugegeben. Die Doppelschnecke übernimmt - falls erwünscht - in semer
vorangetriebener Halwarohmasse, auch feste Bestandteile über einer Dosiervorrichtung IO und
Bunker oder Trichter 12. Um für das ganze Produkt die gewünschte Qualität zu erlangen, sind
Knet-und Mischelemente 7 vorgesehen, womit die Knet-und Mischintesität durch Neigung von
Rücklaufpaletten 6 einstellbar möglich ist. Nach dem erfolgtem Knetvorgang wird das Produkt
über einige Doppelschneckenelemente 8 zu einer verengter Auslaufform 9 befördert um ein
strangartiges Format zu erhalten. Die Karamehnassezugangsstrecke wie Rohrleitund 2, Dosier-und
Förderpumpe 4, Fadenziehkopf 2, haben eine geregelte Beheizung z.B mit Dampfheizung über
einem Doppelmantel 5.

Das Fadenziehen wird über den Rohren 2.3 erreicht. Der gesamte Fadenziehkopf ist über einem Dapfheizmantel 2.4 erhitzt. Der Ein-und Auslauf des Dampfes bzw.des Kondensates erfolgt über die Leitungen 2.1 bzw. 22. The thread pulling is achieved via the pipes 2.3.
