In den Dampfmolkereien mit Centrifugenbetrieb wird die Milch bis jetzt ausschliefslich zu den hochstehenden Vollmilchbehältern auf Treppen in Gefäfsen heraufgetragen. Beim Gebrauch wird dasselbe zwischen zwei Laufschienen b b eines Bockes so aufgestellt, dafs die Rollen g g mit ihren Rillen über die hohe Kante der Schienen b b greifen, worauf es durch Drehen der Kurbel der an den Stützschienen α α befindlichen Windevorrichtung gehoben wird. In Höhe der Oberkante des Milchbehälters angelangt, legt sich der Haken k hinter einen die Schienen a a verbindenden Bolzen c, die Vorderkante des Gefäfses de wird dadurch festgehalten, während bei fortgesetztem Drehen ber hintere Theil desselben weiter steigt und der Inhalt ausgeschüttet wird.
