Claims (5)

1. Elektrochirurgisches Werkzeug zum blutungsarmen Eindringen in menschliche oder tierische Gewebe bestehend aus einem rotie­ renden Eindringwerkzeug und einer Einrichtung zur Erzeugung ei­ nes vom Eindringwerkzeug ausgehenden Hochfrequenzfeldes, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eindringwerkzeug ein zum Abtragen (Resezieren) der durch das Hochfrequenzfeld in weichem Gewebe erzeugten Nekrose geeigneter Fräskopf/Frässtift (6) ist.
2. Elektrochirurgisches Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß der Fräskopf/Frässtift (6) aus einem Rotati­ onskörper (6a) mit strukturierter Oberfläche besteht.
3. Elektrochirurgisches Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fräskopf/Frässtift (6) über eine flexible Welle (4) von einem Antrieb (1) in Rotation versetzt wird.
4. Elektrochirurgisches Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß die Drehzahl des Antriebs (1) einstellbar ist.
5. Elektrochirurgisches Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fräskopf/Frässtift (6') Teil eines Resektoskopes (11) oder Endoskopes ist.
