Die Erfindung betrifft ein Präsentationsregal gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.

Bekannte Präsentationsregale für Schuhe weisen einfache Vorwahiwände mit mehreren Regalböden auf, in denen entweder die Schuhe paarweise oder einzeln dargeboten werden. Die paarweise Ausstellung hat den Nachteil, daß sehr viel Platz, nämlich doppelt so viel wie bei der Präsentation einzelner Schuhe, benötigt wird. Paarige Vorwahl wird nur bei Niedrigpreisanbietern als Vorwahlgestaltung gewählt. Für mittel- und hochpreisige Schuhgeschäfte ist die paarige Vorwahl aus Gestaltungsgründen abzulehnen. Weiterhin besteht bei paariger Vorwahl die Gefahr, daß bei Abwesenheit oder Unaufmerksamkeit des Verkaufspersonals Schuhpaare oder andere Accessoires gestohlen werden, was bei permanenter Anwesenheit von Personal nicht so einfach möglich ist. Die Präsentation einzelner Schuhe hat dagegen den Nachteil, daß das Verkaufspersonal für jedes anzuprobierende Paar den Verkaufsraum verlassen muß, um das Gegenstück aus einem mehr oder weniger nahe gelegen Lager zu holen. Der Kunde muß währenddessen alleine gelassen werden und kann in dieser Zeit auch nicht weiter beraten werden. Möglicherweise verläßt er jedoch zwischenzeitlich das Geschäft, ebenso wie andere Kunden, die zu lange auf eine Beratung warten mußten. Andererseits können neu in den Laden eintretende Kunden nicht unmittelbar empfangen und bedient werden, die dann eventuell den Laden ebenfalls unzufrieden wieder verlassen. Um ein solches Kundenverhalten auszuschließen, müssen immer mehrere Verkäufer im Laden sein, was insbesondere in kleineren Läden unternehmerisch wenig sinnvoll erscheint, wenn in verkaufsschwachen Zeiten ein Verkäufer vollkommen ausreichend wäre und eine zweite Verkäuferin nur deshalb eingesetzt werden muß, um die o.g. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird in Verbindung mit den Oberbegriffsmerkmalen erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Hauptanspruches angegebene technische Lehre vermittelt. Vorteilhaft ist dabei, daß das Verkaufspersonal durch einfachstes Hervorfahren oder Hervorschwenken der Vorwahlwand Zugriff zu dem direkt dahinter angeordneten Regalsystem hat, in dem die Gegenstücke oder Ersatzpaare sowie andere Paare gelagert werden. Dieser Zugriff kann wahlweise, je nach Ausführungsart des Präsentationsregaies, seitlich, von hinten oder bei im Bereich der Rückwand angeordneten Regalböden auch von vorne erfolgen, wobei die Größenverhältnisse so variierbar sind, daß bei einem weniger tiefen Präsentationsregal der Zugriff nur per Hand zu erfolgen braucht, jedoch bei einem großen Präsentaiionsregal das dahinter angeordnete Lagersystem sogar begehbar konzipiert ist und auch aus mehreren separaten Abschnitten bestehen kann. Diese einzelnen Abschnitte können dabei vorteilhafterweise so ausgeführt sein, daß sie über Verbindungsmittel so lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, daß auf Wunsch des Verkaufspersonals nur ein Teil mit der Vorwahlwand hervorfahrbar ist und der hintere Teil als Lagerteil in seiner Position verharrt.The solution to this problem is achieved in conjunction with the generic features according to the invention by the technical teaching specified in the characterizing part of the main claim. Presentation shelf according to one or more of the above claims, characterized in that the pre-selection wall (1, 1a, 1b) is assigned fixed or freely movable data reading devices and the rear shelves are assigned data reading devices or sensors and display means for free or occupied storage space and that information carriers visibly or invisibly attached to the goods correspond with the data reading devices via a connected data processing system and the storage location of a sought-after item can be indicated optically and/or acoustically by the display means.

1 7. Presentation shelf according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that a device is arranged behind the pre-selection wall which transports a desired product to a transfer point.

Presentation shelf according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is equipped with means for recognizing goods or personnel, which are coupled to a data processing system that distinguishes between authorized and unauthorized access to the presentation shelf and/or to the storage system arranged behind it and displays and/or stores unauthorized access.

19. Presentation shelf according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is demountable.
