Die Neuerung betrifft einen Einkaufswagen mit einem Fahrgestell, mit einer Schiebeeinrichtung und mit einem Korb, der von nach oben gerichteten oder von nach oben gekrümmten Trägern des Fahrgestelles getragen wird, wobei der Einkaufswagen so gestaltet ist, daß dieser in einen gleichen Einkaufswagen platzsparend einschiebbar ist und im hinteren Bereich eine aus einem am Fahrgestell befestigten ortsfesten Teil und aus einem beweglichen Teil bestehende, zwischen den Trägern angeordnete Ablage aufweist, die zum Abstellen von weiterem Einkaufsgut bestimmt ist und wobei das ortsfeste Teil einen Teil der Abstellfläche der Ablage bildet.The innovation relates to a shopping cart with a chassis, with a sliding device and with a basket which is supported by upwardly directed or upwardly curved supports of the chassis, whereby the shopping cart is designed in such a way that it can be pushed into another shopping cart in a space-saving manner and in the rear area has a shelf consisting of a fixed part attached to the chassis and a movable part arranged between the supports, which is intended for placing additional shopping items and whereby the fixed part forms part of the storage area of the shelf.

Zum nächstliegenden Stand der Technik zählt ein Einkaufswagen, der in der deutschen Gebrauchsmusterschrift G 94 04 262.4 näher beschrieben ist. An dessen ortsfesten Teil ist ein um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbares bewegliches Teil angeordnet, das aus einer Gebrauchslage, in der es eine rückwärtige Anschlagfläche bildet, in eine Nichtgebrauchslage bewegbar ist, in der es auf dem ortsfesten Teil aufliegt. Die Ablage ist zum bevorzugten Transport von schrumpfverpackten Flaschen, Schachteln, größeren Dosen usw. vorgesehen. Große Getränkekisten hingegen lassen sich mit einer derartigen Ablage überhaupt nicht oder nur schlecht transportieren, da die nutzbare, in Fahrtrichtung des Einkaufswagens gemessene Tiefe solcher Ablagen kleiner ist als die Breite der Getränkekisten. Natürlich könnte man die nutzbare Tiefe der Ablage und damit die des ortsfesten Teiles nach hinten verlängern. Eine solche Maßnahme macht den Einkaufswagen jedoch untauglich, da man sich am nach hinten auskragenden ortsfesten Teil die Beine anschlagen kann.The closest state of the art is a shopping cart, which is described in more detail in the German utility model G 94 04 262.4. Die Neuerung läßt sich bei einer Vielzahl unterschiedlichst gestalteter Einkaufswagen verwirklichen. Die Beschreibung der Neuerung beschränkt sich jedoch auf zwei Einkaufswagenformen, die sich in der Vergangenheit als die gängigsten erwiesen haben, ohne aber die übrigen Einkaufswagenformen auszuschließen.The innovation can be implemented with a wide variety of shopping cart designs. Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Einkaufswagen 1 weist ein aus zwei miteinander verbundenen, nach oben gekrümmten Trägern 3 gebildetes Fahrgestell 2 auf, das mit Rollen 4 ausgestattet ist. Die Träger 3 tragen einen Korb 7, wobei eine Schiebeeinrichtung 9 zum Bewegen des Einkaufswagens 1 vorgesehen ist. Ein derartiger Einkaufswagen 1 ist beispielsweise in der DE 31 01 844 C2 beschrieben, wobei die Träger 3 auch aus Drähten gebildet sein können, wie dies aus der FR 2 537 076 hervorgeht. Anstelle gekrümmter Träger 3 können zu beiden Seiten des Fahrgestelles 2 auch nach oben gerichtete Träger 3 so vorgesehen sein, wie dies z.B. in der DE 30 43 599 C2 beschrieben ist. Der Einkaufswagen 1 ist so gebaut, daß er mit gleichen Einkaufswagen 1 platzsparend ineinanderschiebbar ist, wobei, um diesen Zweck erfüllen zu können, die Rückwand 8 des Korbes 7 in bekannter Weise verschwenkbar angeordnet ist. Im hinteren Bereich 5, nahe der Schiebeeinrichtung 9, ist eine zwischen den Trägern 3 angeordnete Ablage 10 vorgesehen, die zum Abstellen von Einkaufsgut bestimmt ist, das beispielsweise nicht im Korb 7 befördert werden soll. Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, ist in ineinandergeschobener Lage der vordere schmälere Bereich 23 eines hinteren Schiebeteiles 19 im hinteren breiteren Bereich 24 des vorausbefindlichen Schiebeteiles 19 untergebracht.
