Unsere Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung einer schnellen und einfachen Verbindung von Schläuchen für das Verpressen von Zementsuspensionen unter Baubedingungen.Our invention relates to the production of a quick and easy connection of hoses for the injection of cement suspensions under construction conditions.
Der Einsatz von Verpreßschläuchen bei der Bauausführung ist vielfältig. Die Aufgabe des Verpressens einer abbindenden Flüssigkeit oder Suspension ist die Stabilisierung des Boden, die Abdichtung des Erdreichs, das Herstellen von Verpreßankern usw. Für die vielfältigen Einsatzzwecke werden Injektionschläuche, als einfache Schläuche mit einem offenen Enden oder in Form von Manschettenrohren in der Herstellungsphase der Bohrung verlegt. In einem weiteren Schritt werden die Rohre mit dem Verpreßschlauch an die verpressende Maschine und deren Vorratsbehälter angeschlossen. Bisher wurde dieser Anschluß dadurch erreicht, daß auf das im Boden verlegte PE-Rohr ein Gewinde geschnitten und ein Nippel aufgeschraubt wird. Der Verpreßschlauch mußte anschließend mit dem Nippel verbunden werden. Dieses Verfahren ist bei einer großen Zahl von auszuführenden Verbindungen sehr zeitaufwendig. Zudem besteht unter Baubedingungen immer die Gefahr, daß die Verbindungsgewinde verschmutzen und keine Dichtigkeit erzielt wird, oder der Anschluß zuerst gereinigt werden muß.The use of injection hoses in construction is varied. Die genaue Ausführungsform wird anhand von Fig. 1 erläutert. Die Kupplung besteht aus einem zunächst konventionellen Schlauchnippei, einem Doppelnippel, der baulich so verändert wird, daß er Dichtringe aufnehmen kann. Die Druckeingangsseite (1) des Nippels wird nicht verändert, die vorhandenen Anphasung findet sich schon in kommerzielle erhältlichen Bauteilen. Im Mittenbereich sitzt die Überwurfmutter des Nippels (3). In diesem Bereich (4) wurde die Bohrung auf den Außendurchmesser der Dichtringe erweitert, deren Innendurchmesser dem Außendurchmessers des PE-Rohres (5) entspricht. Im Bereich (4) werden die Dichtringe (6) eingesetzt. Es werden immer mehrere Dichtringe verwendet, da durch die starke Verschmutzung eines einzelnen Dichtrings sonst keine Dichtwirkung eintritt, bzw. der Verschleiß bei dem einzelnen Dichtring zu groß würde. Die Schlauchtülle (7) des Nippels wird auf den Durchmesser des PE-Rohres aufgebohrt. Sie enthält im Innenradius Nocken (8). Das PE-Rohr wird angeschlossen, indem es in die Schlauchtülle und in die Dichtringe eingeschoben wird. Die Nocken (8) verhindern dabei ein Herausrutschen des Rohres, das sich unter dem Verpreßdruck leicht verspannt, engen aber den Innendurchmesser nicht ein, so daß die Nennweite erhalten bleibt. Um das PE-Rohr festzuhalten dient ein umlegbarer Exzenterhebel (9), der auf der Schlauchtülle angebracht ist. Er greift über eine Nut in den Innendurchmesser der Schlauchtülle ein und quetscht so das PE-Rohr an die gegenüberliegenden Nocken (8). Beim Anlegen des Verpreßdrucks wirken Kräfte auf die Dichtringe in Richtung PE-Rohr, so daß die Verbindung Maschine-PE-Rohr dicht ist.The exact design is explained using Fig. 1. A foldable eccentric lever (9) attached to the hose nozzle is used to hold the PE pipe in place. It engages in the inner diameter of the hose nozzle via a groove and squeezes the PE pipe against the opposite cams (8).
