Bei hohen Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeiten tritt nämlich im Rohr eine Verkürzung durch radiale Aufbauchung auf. Diese axiale Verschiebung mußte aufgrund der Empfindlichkeit dieser bekannten Ausführung durch aufwendige mechanische Hilfsmittel abgefangen werden. Permanent magnetic radial bearings are z.
