BeschreibungDescription
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bodenbelag in Form eines Nadelfilzes. Nadelfilze werden üblicherweise aus nichtfilzenden synthetischen Fasern mit Hilfe sogenannter Nadelmaschinen hergestellt. Die Fasern werden dabei in Form eines bis zu 20 mm dicken Vlieses der Nadelmaschine zugeführt und in der Maschine durch zahlreiche kleine auf- und abgehende Spezialnadeln, die mit Widerhaken versehen sind, verfilzt. Derartige Nadelfilze werden als Teppichware, Dekorationsstoffe, Isolierstoffe und Filtermaterialien verwendet (Meyer's großes Taschenlexikon, Mannheim, Wien, Zürich 1983).The invention relates to a floor covering in the form of a needle felt. Sie sind entweder als Sondermüll zu deponieren oder in Müllverbrennungsanlagen zu vernichten. Die Deponierung von Sondermüll ist in jedem Fall teuer; die Verbrennung je nach verwendetem synthetischen Fasermaterial zum Teil problematisch. Die Unterseite 4 des bahnartigen Erzeugnisses wird von einer Auflage 5 zur unmittelbaren Auflage auf dem Boden gebildet, die rutschfeste und/oder wasserdichte Eigenschaft haben kann. Die Trennfläche 6 zwischen der Schicht 2 und der Schicht 5 ist unregelmäßig; hiermit soll angedeutet werden, daß das Material der Auflageschicht 5 das Material der Laufschicht 2 teilweise durchdringt, wobei eine innige Verbindung entsteht.
