Die Erfindung betrifft eine Koksofentür mit einem durch Federung angepreßten Dichtungsrand. Von den bekannten Koksofentüren unterscheidet
sie sich dadurch, daß der Rahmen für den Dichtungsrand und die Federung seitlich
an dem Außenrand des Türkörpers befestigt ist. Infolge dieser neuen Anordnung ist es möglich, die Federung so groß zu

der Vorteil, daß die selbstdichtende Vorrichtung ohne weiteres an jeder der vorhandenen
Koksofentüren angebracht werden kann. Es können daher die vielen Tausende in Betrieb befindlicher Koksofentüren zu selbstdichtenden
