Description

- Insektizide und akarizide (Di)thiophosphonsäureester und
- -phosphorsäureester amide Aus der FR-PS 1.451.294 sind bereits insektizide und akarizide (Di)thiophosphorsäure-O.O-dialkyl-S-(1 .2.4-oxadiazol-5-ylmethyl)-ester bekannt.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß auch die entsprechenden Phosphor säureesteramide und Phosphonsäureester eine ausgezeichnete insektizide und akarizide Wirkung aufweisen.
- Gegenstand der Erfindung sind daher neue Phosphonester bzw. Phosphoresteramide des 1.2.4-Oxadiazols der Formel worin R1 = H, Alkyl mit 1 - 4 C-Atomen, das gegebenenfalls durch Halogen, Alkoxy mit 1 - 3 C-Atomen oder Phenyl substituiert sein kann, oder Phenyl, das 1 bis 3 mal durch Methyl, Halogen oder Alkoxy mit 1 - 3 C-Atomen substituiert sein kann, R2 = Alkyl mit 1 - 4 C-Atomen, R3 = Alkyl mit 1 - 4 C-Atomen, Alkylamino mit 1 - 6 C-Atomen, Allylamino oder Di-(C1-C3)alkylamino, wobei die beiden Alkylreste mit dem an sie gebundenen Stickstoffaton auch einen 5- oder 6-gliedrigen Ring bilden können, der gegebenenfalls ein Sauerstoffatom enthalten kann, sowie X = 0 oder S bedeuten.
- Bevorzugte Reste sind für R1 = Alkyl mit 1 - 3 C-Atomen oder Benzyl, R3 = Alkyl mit 1 - 2 C-Atomen, Alkylamino mit 1-3 C-Atomen oder Dialkylamino mit 1 - 3 C-Atomen in jedem Alkylrest.
- Außer den in den Beispielen genannten Substanzen seien z.B.

- Dabei sind die Bedeutungen von R1 bis R3 dieselben wie in Formel I. M+ bedeutet bevorzugt Wasserstoff, Ammonium oder ein Alkalimetall-Kation.
- Die Umsetzung von II mit III wird zweckmäßicrerweise in einem unter den Reaktionsbedingungen inerteii Lösungsmittel bei Temperaturen zwischen 200C und der Siedetemperatur des Lösungsmittels vorgenommen. Geeignete Lösungsmittel sind Ether wie Glykoldimethylether, Tetrahydrofuran oder Diethylether; Ketone wie Aceton, Butanon oder Diethylketon; Alkohole wie Methanol, Ethanol, n-Propanol, Isopropylalkohol, N-Butanol oder Isobutylalkohol; aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Benzol, Toluol oder Xylol; Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe wie Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Dichlorethan, Chlorbenzol; Acetonitril oder Dimethylformamid.
- Die Umsetzungszeit richtet sich nach der Temperatur und dem Lösungsmittel und beträgt 1-24 Stunden. Werden die Verbindungen III nicht als Salze (M+ = NH4 , Na , K ) sondern als Säuren (M+ = H+) eingesetzt, ist der Zusatz von wenigstens einem Äquivalent eines säurebindenden Mittels erforderlich, z. 5. Triethylamin, Kaliumcarbonat, Natriumcarbonat, Kaliumhydroxid oder Natriumhydroxid. Bevorzugt wird Kaliumcarbonat, Natriumcarbonat oder Triethylamin verwendet. Die Verbindungen II und III werden in stöchiometrischen Mengen oder bevorzugt mit einem Überschuß an III bis zu 10 % eingesetzt.
- Salz Die Aufarbeitung erfolgt durch Absaugen vorn niederschlag und Entfernen des Lösungsmittels im Vakuum oder durch Eingießen in Wasser und Extrahieren des Produktes mittels eines nicht wassermischbaren Lösungsmittels. Zur Reinigung gefügt meistens einfaches Andes-tillieren, d. h. das Entfernen von im Vakuum flüchtigen Verunreinigungen. Nötigenfalls kann auch über eine Kieselgelsäule chromatografiert werden, wobei Toluol Methylenchlorid, Ethylacetat oder Mischungen davon als Elutionsmittel verwendet werden.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel I sind zumeist öle, die für den angestrebten Verwendungszweck genügend rein sind, gewünschtenfalls aber auch auf chromatographischem Wege weiter gereinigt werden können.
- Die Ausgangsstoffe der Formel II sind bekannt oder nach bekannten Verfahren erhältlich, z.B. durch Umsetzen von Amidoximen mit Chloracetylchlorid.
- Beispiele für Verbindungen II sind: 5-flhlormethyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-methyl-1.2.4-oxadiazo 5-Chlormethyl-3-ethyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-n-propyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-isopropyl-1.2.4-oxadiazo 3-n-Butyl-5-chlormethyl- 1.2. 4-oxadiazol 3-Isobutyl-5-chlormethyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol 3-Benzyl-5-chlormethyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-trichlormethyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-ß-methoxyethyl-1.Z.4-oxadiazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-ß-isopropoxyethyl-1.Z.4-oxediazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-ß-ethoxyethyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-methrxymethyl-1.2.4-oxediazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-ethoxymethyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-p-tolyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol 5-Chlormethyl-3-phenyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol Verbindungen der Formel III sind ebenfalls bekannt.

N-diethyl-amidothiophosphat Kalium-O-methyl-N-isopropyl-amidothiophosphat Kalium-0.N.N-trimethyl-amidothiophosphat Kalium-O-ethyl-N-isopropyl-amidothiophosphat Ammonium-0-ethyl-N-allyl-amidothiophosphat Ammonium-O-ethyl-N-cyclohexyl-amidothiophosphat Kalium-0-ethyl-N.N-dimethyl-amidothiophosphat Ammonium-O-ethyl-morpholidothiophosphat Ammonium-O-ethyl-piperidothiophosphat Ammonium-O-isobutyl-methanthiophosphat Ammonium-O-ethyl-pyrrolidothiophosphat Kalium-O-ethyl-N-isopropyl-amidonithiophosphat Kalium-O.N-dimethyl-amidodithiophosphat Kalium-O-ethyl-N-methyl-amidodithiophosphat Kalium-O-methl-methandithiophosponat Ammonium-O-ethyl-methandithiophosphonat Natrium-O-n-propyl-methandithiophosphonat Natrium- D-isobutyl-methandithiophosphonat O-Methyl-ethandithiophosphonsäúre O-Ethyl-ethandithiophosphonsäure O-n-Propyl-ethandithiophosphonsäure D-Isopropyl-ethan-dithiophosphonsäure O-Isosutyl-ethan-dithiophosphonsäure O-Isobutyl-methanthiophosphonsäure Die erfindungsgemäßen Uerbindbngen der Formel I haben eine ausgezeichnete Wirkung gegen saugende und beißende Insekten sowie gegen Tiere der Ordnung Akarina. Bei Anwendung gegen pflanzenschädigende Insekten und Milben zeichnen sie sich außer durch Kontakt- und Fraßgiftwirkung durch systemische Eigenschaften und durch gute Pflanzenverträglichkeit aus . So können verschiedene Spinnmilbenarten, wie die Obstbaumspinnmilbe (Metatetranychus ulmi), die Citrusspinnmilbe (Panonychus -citri) und die Bohnenspinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) gut bekämpft werden. ViOe für Kulturpflanzen schädliche Insekten mit saugenden und beißenden Mundwerkzeugen lassen sich mit den erfindungsgemäßen-Verbindungen gleichfalls vernichten. Genannt seien Käfer wie der Mexikanische Bohnenkäfer (Epilachna varivestis), Kartoffelkäfer (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Zottige Blütenkäfer (Epicometis hirta), Erdfloh-Käfer (Phyllotreta spp.), Erdbeerstengelstecher (Coenorrhinus germanicus) und Baumwollkapselkäfer (Anthonomus grandis), Schmetterlinse und deren Larven wie der Xgyptische~und der altwe-ltliche Baumwollkapselwurm (Earias insulana bzw.
- Heliothis armigera ), Wickler, insbesondere Apfelwickler (Carpocapsa pomonella), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), Fruchtschalenwickler (Adoxophyes reticulana), Maiszünsler (Ostrinia nubilalis) und Frostspanner (Operophthera brumata), Blattläuse wie die Schwarze Bohnenlaus (Doralis fabae), Grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (S.yzus persicae) und Baumwollblattlaus (Aphis gossypii) und Wanzen> z.B. Baumwollwanzen (Oncopeltus fasciatus und Dysdercus spp.).
- Gegenstand der Erfindung sind daher auch insektizide und akarizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch ihren Gehalt an Verbindungen der Formel I neben -üblichen Formulierungshilfsmitteln und Inertstoffen, sowie die Verwendung der Werbindungen der Formel I als Mittel zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Tieren der Ordnung Akarina.
- Die Phosphorverbindungen der Formel 1 können z. B. in den üblichen Mischungen mit festen oder flüssigen inerten Trägerstoffen, Haft-, Netz-, Dispergier- und Mahlhilfsmitteln als Spritzpulver, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Stäube, Granulate, Fliegenbänder, Streu- und Waschmittel zubereitet werden.
- Sie lassen sich z. B. auch mit anderen Insektiziden, Fungiziden, Nematoziden und Herbiziden mischen und in solchen Mischungen als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel verwenden.
- Als Trägerstoffe können z. 6. verwendet werden mineralische Stoffe wie Aluminiumsilikate, Tonerden, Kaolin, Kreiden, Kieselkreiden, Talkum, Kieselgur oder hydratisierte Kieselsäuren oder Zubereitungen dieser mineralischen Stoffe mit speziellen Zusätzen, z. 6. Kreide mit Na-stearat gefettet.
- Als Trägerstoffe für flüssige Zubereitungen können alle gebräuchlichen und geeigneten organischen Lösungsmittel, beispielsweise Toluol, Xylol, Diacetonalkohol, Isophoron, Benzine, Paraffinöle, Dioxan, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylsulfoxid, Ethylacetat, Butylacetat, Tetrahydrofuran, Chlorbenzol und andere verwendet werden.
- Als Haftstoffe können z. 6. leimartige Celluloseprodukte oder Polyvinylalkohole verwendet werden.
- Ale Netzstoffe kommen alle geeigneten Emulgatoren, wie z. B.
- oxethylierte Alkylphenole, Salze von Aryl- oder Alkylarylsulfonsäuren, Salze von ethoxylierten Benzolsulfonsäuren oder Seifen in Frage.
- Als Dispergierstoffe eignen sich z. 6. Zellpech (Salze von Sulfitablaugen), Salze von Naphthalinsulfonsäuren sowie in manchen Fällen hydratisierbare Kieselsäuren oder auch Kieselgur.
- Als Mahlhilfsmittel können z. 6. geeignete anorganische oder organische Salze wie Natriumsulfat, Ammonsulfat, Natriumcarbonat, Natriumbicarbonat, Natriumthiosulfat, Natriumstearat, Natriumacetat verwerdet werden.
- Der Gehalt dieser Mittel an den erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffen der Formel I beträgt im allgemeinen zwischen 2 und 90 %.
- Die pestiziden Wirkstoffe der Formel I können aber in den Formulierungen auch in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.
- Benetzbare Pulver und emulgierbare Konzentrate werden vor der eigentlichen Anwendung mit geeigneten Lösungsmitteln (Wasser) verdünnt. Die spritzfertigen Suspensionen enthalten vorzugsweise 0,05 - 2, insbesondere 0,1 - 1 % Wirkstoff.
- Für die Wirkungsteste geeignete einfache Formulierungen können beispielsweise nach folgenden Vorschriften erhalten werden: Formulierungsbeispiele Spritzpulver: 6 g Wirkstoff werden mit 6 g hochdisperser Kieselsäure vorgemahlen und anschließend mit 48 g einer Mischung, enthaltend 13.3 % Zellpech, 65.4 (R) Sillitin Z (quarz + Al-Silikat), 15.3 % hochdisoerse Kieselsäure, 4.7 % Polypropylenglykol P 750 und 1.3 % Olesylmethyltaurid-Na im Mixer vermengt. Man erhält so 60 g eines 10 %igen Spritzpulvers.
- Emulsionskonzentrat: 2 g Wirkstoff, 16 g Cyclohexanon und 2 g Nonylphenoldekaglykolether werden miteinander vermischt.
- Man erhält 20 g eine 10 %igen Emulsionskonzentrates.
- Herstellungsbeispiel Beispiel 1 Thiophosphorsäure-O-ethyl-N-isopropyl-S-(3-methyl-1.2.4-oxadiazol-5-ylmethyl)-esteramid: 5.3 g (0.04 mol) 3-methyl-5-chlormethyl-oxadiazol und 9.7 g (0.042 mol) Kalium-O-ethyl-N-isopropyl-amidothlophosphat werden in 100 ml Acetonitril 6 Stunden unter Rückfluß gerührt. Anschließend gießt man auf 300 ml Wasser, schüttelt 4 mal mit Ether aus, trocknet die vereinigten Extrakte über Magnesiumsulfat und destilliert den Ether unter Vakuum ab. Zurück bleibt ein rötliches Öl 30 in 11.2 g (100 % d. Th.) Ausbeute; nD = 1.4936 CgH18N303PS; MG = 279.3 ber. C 38.7 %; H 6.5 %; N 15.0 % gef. C 38.8 %; H 6.6 %; N 15.2 % Auf analoge Art wurden die Verbindungen aus Beispiel 2-22 erhalten.

N 12.0 %; S 8.9 % Biologische Beispiele Beispiel I Mit Bohnenspinnmilben (Tetranychus urticae, normal sensibel) stark befallene Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus vulgaris) wurden mit der wäßrigen Verdünnung eines Spritzpulverkonzentrates, die 0,0125 Gew. % des Wirkstoffes aus Beispiel 1 enthielt, bis zum Stadium des beginnenden Abtropfens gespritzt. Bei der mikroskopischen Kontrolle 8 Tage nach der Behandlung zeigte sich, daß alle beweglichen und unbeweglichen Stadien der Population getötet waren. In gleicher eise geprüft, erwiesen sich die Verbindungen gemäß Beispiel 2, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26 und 27 als gleich gut wirksam.
- Beispiel 11 Mit Kundebohnenblattläusen (Aphis cracoivora) stark besetzte Ackerbohnen (Vicia faba) wurden mit der wäßrigen Suspension eines Spritzpulverkonzentrates, die 0,006 Gew. % des Wirkstoffels aus Beispiel 4 enthielt, bis zum Stadium des Abtropfens gespritzt. Nach Aufstellung der Pflanzen im Gewächshaus wurde 3 Tage nach der Behandlung eine 100 %ige Abtötung der Versuchstiere festgestellt.
- Ebenso wirksam erwiesen sich die Verbindungen gemäß Beispiel 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28 und 41.
- Beispiel III Getopfte Ackerbohnen (Vicia faba), deren Wurzelballen mit Folie umhüllt waren, wurden nach erfolgter InFektion mit Bohnenspinnmilben (Tetranychus urticae) mit den in der Tabelle genannten Verbindungen in der Weise behandelt, daß mittels eines Glastrichters eine wäßrige Verdünnung des Emulsionskonzentrates im Wurzelbereich gleichmäßig verteilt wurde. Nach 8 Tagen erfolgte die Auswertung.
- Tabelle Verbindung gemäß Beispiel mg Wirkstoff/Wurzelballen % Mortalität 1 kl,25 100 2 0,25 93 6 0,25 96 10 0,25 80 17 0,25 100 Beispiel IV Die Verbindungen gemäß den Beispielen 1, 2, 4,5,6,7,9,11, 17, 15,19, 20,21,25,26,27 und 28 wurden in Aceton gelöst und durch Verdünnen eine 0,025 Gew.-%ige Lösung hergestellt. Anschließend wurden je 1 ml dieser Lösung auf der Innenseite des Deckels und des Bodens von Petrischalen verteilt. Nach dem Abtrocknen wurden in jede Schale Hausfliegen (Musca domestica) gesetzt und nach 3 Stunden jeweils 100 Mortalität festgestellt.
- Beispiel V Versuchsdurchführung wie unter Beispiel IV beschrieben mit deutschen Schaben (Phyllodromia germanica) als Versuchsinsekt. Die Verbindungen gemäß den Beispielen 1,2,4,5,6, 9,10,11,13,19,20,21,25,26,27,41 und 42 erbrachte 100 % Mortalität.
- Beispiel VI Larven des Mexikanischen Bohnenkäfers (Epilachna varivestis, 4. Larvenstadium) und Blätter der Buschbohne (Phaseolus vulgaris) wurden in einer Spritzapparatur mit dosierten Mengen von 0,05 Gew.-%igen wässrigen Emulsionen der Verbindungen gemäß Beispiel 1,4,5,10,11,16, 19,25,26,27,28, 38 und 42 gespritzt. 48 Stunden nach der Behandlung wurde eine Abtötungsrate von 100 % festgestellt.
- Beispiel VII In mit Filterpapier ausgelegten Petrischalen wurden mittels einer Spritzapparatur dosierte Mengen einer 0,05 Gew.-%igen wäßrigen Verdünnung von Spritzpulverformulierungen der Verbindungen gemäß Beispiel 5, 11,21,25,26,27 und 28 gleichmäßig verteilt gespritzt. Anschließend wurden Larven des Kornkäfers (Calandra granaria) in die Petrischalen gegeben.
- Nach 48 Stunden betrug die Mortalität 100 %.
- Beispiel VIII Versuchsdurchführung wie unter Beispiel VII beschrieben, mit Mehlkäfern (Tenebrio monitor) als Versuchsinsekt.
- Eine 100%ige Abtötung wurde mit einer 0,025 Gew.-%igen wäßrigen Suspension der Verbindungen gemäß Beispiel 5,11, 21,25,26 und 27 erreicht.
- Be-ispiel IX Larven des Afrikanischen Baumwollwurms (Spodoptera' littoralis, 4. Larvenstadium) und Baumwollblätter (Gossypium spec.) wurden in einer Spritzapparatur mit dosierten Mengen einer 0,05 Gew.-%igen wäßrigen Verdünnung von Spritzpulverformulierungen der Verbindungen gemäß Beispiel 11,25,26 und 28 gespritzt. Die Mortalität betrug nach 48 Stunden 100 %.
Claims (4)
- Patentansprüche: t 1. (Di)thiophosphonester bzw. (Di)thiophosphorsäur2Est8ramide der allgemeinen Formel worin R1 = H, Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen, das gegebenenfalls durch Halogen, Alkoxy mit bis zu3 C-Atomen oder Phenyl substituiert sein kann oder Phenyl, das durch Methyl,~Halogen oder Alkoxy mit 1-3 C-Atomen substituiert sein kann7 R2 = Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 C-Atoment R3 = Alkyl mit 1-4 C-Atomen, Alkylamino mit 1 bis 6 men, Allylamino oder Di-(C1-C3)alkylamino, wobei die beiden Alkylreste mit dem an sie gebundenen Stickstoffatom auch einen 5- oder 6-gliedrigen Ring bilden können, der gegebenenfalls ein Sauerstoffatom enthalten kann, sowie X = 0 oder 5 bedeuten.
- 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man 5-Chlormethyl-1.2.4-oxadiazole der Formel II mit O-Alkyl-N- (di) alkyl-amino-thiophosphoresteramidsäuren oder O-Alkyl-(di)thiophosphonsäuren oder deren Salzen der Formel III worin M+ vorzugsweise Wasserstoff oder ein Alkali- oder Ammonium-Ion bedeutet, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels umsetzt.
- 3. Verwendung der Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
- 4. Insektizide und akarizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an mindestens einer Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 1 neben üblichen Formulierungshilfsmitteln.
