Abstract
Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Osteosyntheseplatte Method for producing an osteosynthesis plate
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Osteosyntheseplatte. The invention relates to a method for producing an osteosynthesis plate.
As osteosynthesis plates for use or support used by bone parts of the human body in need of osteo-treatment one according to the prior art metal plates or Sletallschienen. Are in themselves Metal plates suitable for the load-bearing capacity of the material, effective for the bones to support. However, metal supports in osteosynthesis show basically has a modulus of elasticity that is significantly higher than that of Bone to be treated and constant according to the selected metal alloy, i.e. cannot be influenced. Due to the invariability of the modulus of elasticity and in particular the modulus of elasticity that is too large in relation to the bones is determined in the application case Bone areas relieved to such an extent that relieving dystrophy respectively. Osteolysis (degradation / embrittlement) of the bone material occurs.
The object of the invention is to create a method of production of osteosynthesis plates, which in the application case relief dystrophy or osteolysis of the bone material effectively prevent, without the resilience of the Syllthesematerials is affected.
The object on which the invention is based is achieved in that in a matrix of epoxy or a similar hardenable resin carbon-glass fibers or the like and then allowed to harden the matrix will.
With the help of this method, osteosynthesis plates can be built in composite construction produce in a very simple way that in terms of their total or partial Elasticity through the choice of a specific structure or through the targeted arrangement of the Fibers in the overall composite in wide areas can be determined and an individual bone material are customizable. A single osteosynthesis plate can be partially elastic be equipped differently so that the bone material to be treated such can be specifically supported that on the one hand sufficient relief of the bone guaranteed due to the strength of the synthetic material and for others excessive discharge are reliably avoided and thus no discharge dystrophy can take place.
The osteosynthesis plates are made according to an advantageous method manufactured so that according to the respective application with regard to bone cross-section and bone strength values, standardized dimensions were selected for a fiber-resin composite will.
In particular, it can be provided that one or more adapting surfaces of the osteosynthesis plate according to different bone shapes standardized will.
Before the actual application, a Prefabrication can be made.
A particularly advantageous method is characterized in that in a matrix of epoxy or similar hardenable resin carbon-glass fibers or the like are embedded, and that the fiber-resin composite is manufactured as a prepreg will.
In particular, it can be provided that the fibers in the matrix accordingly one or more predetermined E-modulus values can be arranged.
A development of the invention is characterized in that the specified E-module or the specified E-A modules or those of the corresponding Bone material corresponds or correspond or is or will be adapted.
Even with prepreg production, it can be provided that accordingly the respective applications with regard to bone cross-section and bone strength values standardized dimensions for a fiber-resin composite can be selected.
The invention thus offers the possibility of bone parts if necessary, to relieve the load in a targeted manner, whereby the introduction of force largely depends on the elasticity the bone material can be made accordingly.
