Abstract
Description
The invention relates generically to a collapsible Container, - with base plate, two opposing stabilizing walls, two opposite guide walls and closed end frame, the stabilizing walls or has frame bars assigned to the guide walls, whereby the stabilization walls and the guide walls on the associated frame bars Swivel joints connected, the guide walls connected to the base plate, the stabilizing walls can be swiveled into the frame and then the guide walls are collapsible towards the inside of the container. - Guide walls marked in the frame the invention those walls of the container that the kinematics of the movement control when setting up or collapsing the container. Means stabilization walls those walls that stabilize the erected state, whereby in general support the guide walls on the stabilization walls. The guide walls on the one hand, the stabilizing walls on the other hand can in generic containers that have a regular rectangular plan both as end walls and as side walls be used. In general, the described components consist of such containers made of plastic. It goes without saying that the stabilizing walls and the guide walls have reinforcement formations or stiffening formations can. They are dimensioned, including the end frame, so that the Forces to be absorbed by stacking and transport, even when the container is full, can easily be included.
In the known generic containers (DE-PS 12 00 200) are the guide walls the end walls, the stabilization walls the side walls. the Guide walls are one-piece walls and, in turn, have guide elements at their lower edge provided in the form of rollers or the like and guided in rails on both sides are arranged along the bottom plate. The guide walls are consequently when collapsed of the container from the erected position as inclined planes with decreasing Angle of inclination guided along the base plate and placed on top of one another, if previously the Stabilization walls in the described Way in the frame level have been swiveled in. In the known generic containers are the Manipulations that are required when setting up or folding, cumbersome. This is especially true because the guide walls when the collapse is initiated through self-locking or because one of the guide walls has been moved too far forward block and jam. The result is that a single operator cannot fold such a container with both hands and for folding aids, e.g. B. one foot, has to help.
The invention is based on the object of a collapsible one of the generic type To train container so that it can be easily manipulated and that the Manipulation when setting up and folding up due to the blockages described and jamming of the guide walls is no longer impaired.
To solve this problem, the invention teaches that the guide walls of two half-walls lying in one plane when the container is in the erected state are constructed, which by connecting joints with a parallel to the pivot joints Joint axis combined and collapsible towards the interior of the container in a harmonica-like manner are, and that the respective lower half wall of the guide walls also with pivot joints is connected to the edge of the base plate. - The invention is based on knowledge from that for the guide walls a movement in the form of inclined planes, as at the beginning described, it is not necessary that you rather have the guide walls from two Build half-walls and put them together like a harmonica. Consequently can also no longer on self-locking or different adjustment of the guide walls based deadlocks and blockages occur. As explained below is, a container according to the invention by a single operator without further set up and be merged. Although according to the invention the guide walls are made up of two half-walls, has the inventive Container readily stable enough when set up. Furthermore this stability can be achieved in a simple manner by additionally arranged positive locking and / or locking elements are improved. To this end, the invention teaches that between the half-walls of the individual guide walls interlocking and / or associated with one another Latching elements are arranged which engage in one another in the erected state of the half walls and / or snap together. Correspondingly, one can also choose between the half-walls of the individual guide walls and the stabilizing walls associated form-locking and / or provide latching elements that engage in one another when the half-walls are in the open state and / or snap together. The same applies to the form-locking and / or locking elements between the lower half-wall and the base plate or between the Stabilization walls and the base plate are arranged.
In the following the invention is based on only one embodiment Illustrative drawing explained in more detail.
In a schematic representation, FIG. 1 shows a perspective view Container according to the invention in the erected state, FIG. 2 shows the subject Fig. 1 partially collapsed, Fig. 3 the object of Fig. 1 in the collapsed State, FIG. 4 in a significantly enlarged scale compared to FIGS. 1 to 3 Front view of the object of FIG. 1 when erecting or when collapsing, Fig. 5 shows the enlarged section A from the object according to FIG. 2 from the inside 6 is a section in the direction B-B through the object according to FIG. 5.
The collapsible container shown in the figures consists of its basic structure from a base plate 1, two opposing stabilizing walls 2, two opposite guide walls 3 and a closed end frame 4, the frame bars assigned to the stabilizing walls 2 and the guide walls 3 5 has.
The stabilizing walls 2 and the guide walls 3 are assigned to the Frame bars 5 connected with swivel joints 6.
The guide walls 3 are connected to the base plate 1. The stabilization walls 2, on the other hand, can be pivoted into the end frame 4 and thus into the frame plane. The guide walls 3 can then be collapsed towards the interior of the container. That makes can be readily understood from a comparative consideration of Fig.
It can also be seen that the guide walls 3 consist of two half-walls 3a, 3b lying in one plane are built up in the erected state, These are by connecting joints 7 with a parallel to the pivot joints 6 Joint axis united.
They are harmonica-like (see in particular Fig. 2) to the container interior collapsible. The arrangement is furthermore for this purpose so hit that the lower half wall 3b of the guide walls 3 also has pivot joints 8 is connected to the edge 9 of the base plate 1.
In particular from FIGS. 5 and 6 it can be seen that between the half-walls 3a, 3b of the individual guide walls 3 interlocking and / or latching elements assigned to one another 10, 11 are arranged, which engage in one another in the erected state of the half walls 3a, 3b and / or snap together. This form-locking and / or locking elements 10, 11 are in Embodiment designed from hook 10 and receptacle 11 for the hook 10. It can, however, as particularly clearly shown in FIG. 4, also between the half-walls 3a, 3b of the individual guide walls 3 and the stabilizing walls 2 assigned to one another Interlocking and / or locking elements 10, 11 may be arranged. Fig. 2 makes it clear that such form-locking and / or latching elements 10, 11 also between the respective lower Half wall 3b and the bottom plate 1 are realized, which (cf.
Fig. 4) correspondingly also for the stabilizing walls 2 and the base plate 1 applies.
The erection and folding of a container according to the invention happens very simply in the following way: You reach into a frame recess on the underside 12 of the container and pulls the end frame 4 upwards. With that unfold the guide walls 3 and the stabilizing walls 2 fall from the horizontal into the vertical as soon as the upper half-wall 3a and the lower half-wall 3b are stretched are and form a level.
Pushing out the stabilizing walls 2 from the interior of the container from causes the cams 10 to be locked in the openings designed as receptacles 11 of the base plate. Along with the locks created by the interlocking the hook 10 in the receptacles 11 on the floor 1 and the lower albwwall 3b arranged are done, the container can now withstand loads and can be loaded and stacked will.
Conversely, if the container should be closed again and placed in a space-saving pack be transformed, it is turned over so that the bottom plate 1 is on top. on in this way, the cam 10 moves by its own weight out of the receptacle 11 in FIG the base plate 1 and the stabilizing walls 2 can be moved. Are the Stabilization walls 2 pressed from the outside inwards into their horizontal position the guide walls 3 can also move and fold due to the weight the base plate 1 around the hinge axis of the connecting joints 7 together. The final frame 4 now sits on the base plate 1, with spring-like expansion heads 14 in the Snap openings 15 into place. The container is now collapsed and locked and can be stacked.
A sensible arrangement of the respective locking points can the container can withstand all normal stresses when open. A The collapse or tilting of the individual walls due to external pressure is in comparison very difficult to use with other collapsible containers.
