Abstract

1. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung schneidet das Messer also den auszugebenden Papierabschnitt nur teilweise, z.B. in perforationsartiger Weise, von der nachfolgenden Papierbahn ab, so daß erfindungsgemäß mit dem auszugebenden Papierabschnitt auch noch der zum Ergreifen erforderliche Anfang des nachfolgenden Papierabschnittes aus der Vorrichtung herausgezogen wird. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wird die Messerwalze und damit die Papierbahn durch eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung, deren besondere Ausgestaltung in den Unteransprüchen 4 bis 6 angeführt ist, kurzzeitig arretiert. Bei gleichbleibendem Zug des Benutzers an der Papierbahn wird hierdurch der herausgezogene Papierabschnitt an der teilweise bereits abgetrennten Schnittlinie von der nachfolgenden Papierbahn vollständig abgetrennt. In Fig. 1 ist eine Vorrichtung 1, auch Spender genannt, zur Ausgabe von Papierabschnitten mit einem z.B. an einer Wand 2 befestigten Gehäuse 3, einer Papierrolle 4, einer Papierbahn 5, einer Umlenkrolle 6, einer Messerwalze 7 und einer keilförmigen Führungseinrichtung 8 zum Anpressen der Papierbahn an die Messerwalze im Schneidbereich gezeigt. Wie aus den Figuren 2 und 3 hervorgeht, weist die Walze 7 ein Messer 9 auf, das auf einer exzentrisch zur Walzenachse 10 angeordneten, einstückig mit dieser ausgebildeten Achse 11 im Inneren der Walze 7 drehbar gelagert ist und beim Drehen der Walze 7 durch einen im Walzenmantel vorgesehenen Schlitz 12 mitgenommen wird. Hierbei beschreibt das Messer 9 eine Bewegungsbahn 13 , wobei in Fig. 3 drei verschiedene Positionen des Messers 9 gestrichelt dargestellt sind. Die Tiefe des Messers 9 entspricht hierbei ungefähr dem Radius der Messerwalze 7 plus der Exzentrizität der Achse 11 in Bezug auf die Achse 10, so daß das Messer auf seiner gesamten Bewegungsbahn vom Schlitz 12 mitgenommen wird. Das Messer 9 weist eine sägeblattartige Schneidekante 14 auf. Am Ende der Nockenbahn trifft der Stift 21 auf den Anschlag 25, wodurch die Bewegung der Walze 7 und damit der Papierbahn 5 kurzzeitig angehalten und der Papierabschnitt ruckartig abgerissen wird.
