Hierfür dienen die Biegerollenpaare 8 und 9, von denen das Rollenpaar 8 eine Biegung um etwa 450 und die Rollenpaare 9 eine Biegung in die Senkrechten bewirken. Danach werden die Blechzungen 4t, welche die Innenrippen bilden, quer zur Längsrichtung des Blechbandes mit Hilfe des zahnradähnlichen Rollenpaares 10 verdreht, welches hierfür ausgebildete Zähne 11 aufweist.
