Dieses ist im Beispiel nach Fig. 1 auf seiner ganzen Länge mit Gewinde versehen. In Fig. 2 ist es am konischen Übergangsteil 5 zur Verstärkung mit einem gewindefreien Teilstück 6 a ausgebildet. Alle Gewindeteile 4, 5 und 6 sind mit einem Holzschraubengewinde derselben Ganghöhe versehen. Distanz-Schraube mit einer Ausnehmung zum Einstecken eines Werkzeugs, mit einem werkzeugseitigen, kürzeren, dickeren Gewindeteil und einem mindestens teilweise mit Gewinde versehenen dünneren Teil, wobei im Bereich des Übergangs vom dünneren zum dickeren Teil des Gewindeschaftes eine Spannut mit Schneidkante vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit Gewinde versehene Übergangsteil (5) der Schraube (1) mit einem Konuswinkel zwischen 30° und 90° versehen ist, alle Gewindeteile (4, 5, 6) gleiche Gewindeganghöhe haben, gleichsinnige Drehrichtung aufweisen, und das Übergangsteil (5) mit mindestens zwei Spannuten (10) ausgestattet ist, welche je eine Schneidkante aufweisen, durch deren Spanausschnitte die materialverdrängende Wirkung des dickeren Gewindeteils (4) reduziert bzw. ausgeschaltet ist.
