Nach der Erfindung sollen Metallrohre mit tiefen, in sich zurücklaufenden Rillen hergestellt werden, und zwar unter möglichst geringer Verschwächung des Metalls.According to the invention, metal pipes with deep, recessed grooves are to be produced with the least possible weakening of the metal.
Die dazu notwendige Maschineneinrichtung ist entsprechenden Änderungen unterworfen. Das Rohr A (Fig. i) wird auf die Formstücke B und C gebracht, welche z. Dieselben werden in einem bestimmten Abstand voneinander gehalten und mittels einer Antriebscheibe F gedreht, wodurch auch das Rohr A in drehende Bewegung kommt. Es wird nun (Fig. 3 und 4) mittels einer Rolle oder eines Druckstahles G eine tiefe Rille in das Rohr A gedrückt, während gleichzeitig die Formstücke B und C das Rohr achsial bis auf die fertige Rillenstärke zusammenpressen. Dieser Vorgang wiederholt sich fortlaufend, bis das gerillte Federrohr in der bestimmten Länge fertig ist.The machine equipment required for this is subject to corresponding changes.
