Abstract

Additives are recovered from the gas cleaning on the exhaust from waste incinerators by introducing a cooling stage after the filter which is normally an electrostatic precipitator. Additive recovered together with some quantities of wash liquor are reintroducing before the electro-filter. The process is used as part of the gas cleaning system on waste incinerators. The cleaning process uses additives described in DT 2538312. This process recovers these additives, thus reducing the operating cost.

Description

Verfahren zur Rückgewinnung von Additiven bei der vor-Process for the recovery of additives in the pre-

zugsweise Müllverbrennungsabgasreinigung.preferably waste incineration waste gas cleaning.

Description and explanation of the additional patent application procedure for Recovery of additives in the preferably waste incineration waste gas cleaning.

In the main application, an intensified exhaust gas cleaning of flue gases described, these exhaust gases by means of electrostatic precipitators and use of a prepared Wash solution to be cleaned.

In the case of very hot exhaust gases, e.g. behind waste incineration plants often used pre-coolers.

Washing solutions are sprayed into this pre-cooler, with the liquid Components evaporate and the solids with the pollutants such as S02, HC1 and Fluorine should react.

This usually results in strong incrustations and also a insufficient absorption.

To avoid this, it was described in the parent application that anions, the compounds soluble in water with calcium, are added to the washing liquid form, those in the presence of sulphurous acid in a neutral or weakly acidic washing medium can be exchanged for SO2 ions and in alkaline Re-form the water-soluble compounds in the area of the washing medium.

One would like such a liquid in a small amount until it evaporates spray, at high temperatures, e.g. desired temperature around 2800C, which is still useful for electrostatic precipitators, including an evaporation of the Anions of the carboxylic acid and / or anions of the halogen group, become volatile.

Losing these relatively expensive additives would ruin the process make it less economical.

For this reason, the invention proposes the method to be carried out as follows.

In the attached sketch is shown with 1: a combustion boiler with 2: the downstream evaporative cooler with 3: the electrostatic precipitator with 4: the Recooling section or the recooler for additives with 5: the clean gas with 6: the return of the additives to the mixing tank 7 with 7: the isch tank for additives and ash liquid with 8: the spray in the area of the evaporation device By contacting the washing liquid according to the invention according to P 2538312.4 in the area 8, an evaporation occurs in the evaporative cooler. According to the invention it is therefore proposed to recycle the additives and some of the injected To arrange the amount of cooling and washing liquid in a recooler so that the additives and a part of the washing liquid to the washing liquid mixing tank 7 for the new Can be used again.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the above in detail The form of training shown is limited, but there are numerous changes possible, but without deviating from the basic idea, behind the gas cleaning unit E.g. electrostatic precipitator to choose a cooling device that recirculates the additives and a part of the washing liquid is guaranteed, making the process more economical can be designed.
