Abstract

The compact safety circuit has two operating buttons(3) which when depressed cause within a time span of 0.5 sec. the switching elements(8) to be activated. This in turn closes the current circuit to relay coils and the circuit to the protective coil. The unit is ready to be used without additional equipment and is designed to be self-monitoring through the arrangement and operational functioning of its components. Should one or both buttons be released then the current to the protective coil is broken and the load current is switched off.
