Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 10. Mai 1913 ab.Patented in the German Empire on May 10, 1913.
The subject of the invention is a machine for removing the root ends and for fraying or snipping stalk fibers, in which the ridges are parallel to the Axis of the needle rollers working on both sides are moved with one of the Entrance to the exit equipped with increasingly fine and increasingly numerous needles could be.
With the previously known snipping machine The ridges are attached to the opposing needle rollers by means of chains, which fray the ends of the roots on both sides serve, passed along a circle, whereby the length of the part of the ridge subject to the snipping to the middle increases and then decreases again and the part of the instep behind the chain is exposed hangs. This circular movement of the instep means that the machine is not being used, and very often it happens that the ridges as a result of the freely hanging part of the needle rollers be torn out of the chain. In order to always process the ridges in the same length with the snapping rollers and the The subject of the present invention makes use of the subject of the present invention to be able to hold back Riste safely a chain guide that is directed parallel to the axes of the needle rollers.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing Illustrates, namely the Fig. ι the front view, FIG. 2 the top view and Fig. 3 is a section.
Diese Maschine ist einfach und von starker Bauart; sie verlangt wenig Bedienung und Ausbesserung, sie ermöglicht ein regelmäßiges Schnippen bei größter SchonungThe machine consists of the two drums with needle fittings 1, 2, 3 and 4, 5, 6, the taut, endless chains 7 and 8, which go over guide rollers 9 and 10 and the guide 11. The rollers loaded with weight 12 serve as a tensioning device. The fixed and loose disks 13, 14 for driving the machine are seated on the shaft of the lower needle roller 1, 2, 3; the upper needle roller 4, 5, 6 is set in motion by a crossed belt (FIG. 1) by means of the two disks 15, 16; the endless chains 7 and 8 get their drive from the lower drum (Fig. 2) by means of the gear ratio 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, 22. The ridges are placed on the free part of the lower chains 7 on the left at arrow α and arrive with it in the area of the upper chains 8, whereby they are strongly clamped and held back, but are also moved parallel to the axis of the needle rollers at the same time. The root parts are torn off by the needle rollers and the ends of the ridges are frayed, that is, chipped. As a result of the fields 1, 2, 3 and 4, 5, 6 of the needle rollers provided with different needles, a gradual fraying takes place, whereby the ridges are gently snipped. The fact that the two needle rollers act simultaneously on the root ends from two sides results in an extremely thorough defibration. This machine is simple and of strong construction; it requires little operation and repair, it enables regular flicking with the greatest possible care
