Abstract
Description
Transprotanlage zur Verbindung von Containerbrücken einesTransport system for connecting container cranes of a
Port with a high-bay container warehouse The invention concerns a transport system for connecting container cranes of a port with the alleys one arranged parallel to the quay wall, the container parallel to the wet receiving one Container high-rise warehouse.
It is involved in loading and unloading container ships known with high-bay container warehouses, the containers from the container gantries so-called trailers or to be placed on rail vehicles or to be removed from there (Company publication, see attachment).
The transport, for example, with the said trailers between the container cranes and the high-bay warehouse is carried out manually on the ground floor crossing paths and with cumbersome target positioning of the vehicles. In contrast container bridges and the storage and retrieval vehicles of the warehouse can basically be opened interpret relatively high handling capacities, so that between being the two Devices that impede the speed of loading and unloading a container ship There is a transport problem. Manual driving also counteracts the tendency to shorten the loading and unloading time of the ship through a process computer control, especially since such a control also enables the simultaneous loading and unloading functions of the Should include land transport.
The aim of the invention is to provide a transport system of the type mentioned at the beginning Way of creating the containers quickly and controllable in relation to the process computer on the one hand the container gantries and on the other hand the regular conveyors handles without hindering land traffic.
According to the invention, a number of continuous conveyors are used to solve this problem of at least ship length available. The steady workers are in the form of a cascade arranged vertically offset next to each other, the height offset being the sum of the Corresponds to the height of the conveyor and container. Furthermore, one of the ends of the continuous conveyor designed as a transversely movable converter, which is at the same height as the supply conveyors correspond to each other, which merge into the aisles and are arranged one above the other like floors are.
Insoweit liegt mit der erfindungsgemäßen Transportanlage eine sinnvolle Anpassung der rechnergesteuerten Hochregalllagertechnik an das Ziel vor, optimale Verhältnisse beim Be- und Entladen von Containerschiffen zu schaffen.sets the transport system according to the invention is a further distribution achieved, namely a substantial encapsulation of the surface of the port facility Elimination of undefined traffic routes three due to the arrangement of traffic routes one on top of the other. The two effects of the transport system according to the invention thus agree with the basic effect of a high-bay warehouse, one quick storage and retrieval to be able to and on the other hand get along with a minimum of floor space. So far With the transport system according to the invention, there is a sensible adaptation of the computer-controlled High-bay warehouse technology to the destination, optimal conditions for loading and unloading of container ships.
To produce a high throughput capacity of the high-bay warehouse is it is expedient, not just the one. but also the other ends of the continuous conveyor to be trained as converters, which are connected to the supply conveyor of the warehouse are. The L === he can thus be operated from both head ends and = - t for the individual rack aisles each have two storage and retrieval vehicles.
Has the presence of two storage and retrieval vehicles in each rack aisle the special advantage of the transshipment company in the event of a storage and retrieval vehicle failure to maintain makeshift with the second storage and retrieval vehicle. This is it required that the supply conveyor be on. the length of each end of the alleys received from two storage and retrieval vehicles. So now the one in the back alley Storage and retrieval vehicles can reach all places in the shelving racks, the racking racks should be set back as seen from the front end of the hall, in such a way that because only the second half of the length of the supply conveyor the beginning of the Alley opposite row of shelves.
The securing of the loading operation by the respective second storage and retrieval vehicle is of particular importance to the extent that the sequence is the case with CE-ship loading the container is precisely prescribed according to a loading program. Here is the The main point of view is that the containers with the greatest total weight in the ship stand at the bottom and the empty containers in the ten-story columns are on top are located. The failure of a single storage and retrieval vehicle in the warehouse would if this the only one in the aisle in question would not be to have a reserve truck added Interrupt the loading operation of the ship. All other movable units in the system are less significant in this safety consideration, especially a container ship is regularly loaded or unloaded with at least two container bridges.
In terms of advanced effect, with a minimum of floor space get along, this minimum can be improved to the extent that only one little additional space is required for land transport. To achieve this, ciC can cascade the continuous conveyor at a relatively higher altitude in this way arrange that under the cascade one. land transport more absorbent Tunnel is in progress. This means that there are various systems of the so-called loading line several traffic routes on top of each other that do not obstruct each other. Besides, it is The cascade at a higher altitude is advantageous for rapid container handling to arrange. This is because the container bridges the containers less need to allow far down, so save lifting height. On the other hand, a storage and retrieval vehicle works the faster, the closer two middle storage heights the container is offered or can be discontinued. The lifting speed of the storage and retrieval vehicles is known to be far lower than the horizontal driving speed. the Lifting movement can then be carried out comfortably while driving horizontally.
Furthermore, it is favorable in terms of space requirements, under the lowest, A supply conveyor connected to the cascade, a supply conveyor connected to land transport To arrange supply conveyor, which is structurally different from the other supply conveyor does not need to distinguish.
Two container ships 2 have moored at a quay wall 1.
Dieoberste Ebene der Stetigförderer 10 entspricht der maximalen Höhe des Hubes der Containerbrücke 3.A total of four container gantries 3 span the ships 2 and the other part a loading line 4. Parallel to the quay wall is a container high-bay warehouse 5 arranged, which corresponds to the sum of the length of the two ships 2, and which Can be loaded with containers from each end and containers at both ends at the same time can give D loading streets, which is on the ground floor and of rail vehicles 6 and road vehicles 7 is passable, is covered over its entire length, so a tunnel 8 open to the water side. The tunnel is equipped with loading and unloading at both ends Unloading devices 9 for the land transport of the container can be seen. The canopy the tunnel is made up of four continuous conveyors 10 of the length of the sum of the two ships 2. The continuous conveyors, such as roller conveyors, are in shape a cascade 11 arranged offset in height next to one another. The height offset h corresponds to the sum of the construction heights h1 of the conveyor and h2 of around 2.50 m of the standardized freight container 12. The top level of the continuous conveyor 10 corresponds to the maximum height of the stroke the container bridge 3.
The container bridge 3 has only one, on the quay wall 1 movable support 13. The land-side boom of the bridge 3 is on one the rail 14 arranged above the front wall of the high-bay warehouse can be moved.
The continuous conveyors 10 are transversely movable converters at both ends 14 formed, the rails of which extend into the hall of the warehouse 5 over the whole Extend the overall depth of the bearing.
The target stations of each of the four converters 14 are ready-to-use conveyors 15 each lane ends flank ends on one side. So there are seven units of supply conveyors 15 available, each unit initially consisting of four continuous conveyors consists, which are arranged in floors one above the other, with the number of four of the Number of existing continuous conveyor 10 and converter 14 corresponds. At the bottom is in each unit of the supply conveyor is a fifth continuous conveyor 16 available, which corresponds in dimensions and type to the conveyors 15, but of the Purpose ago is not connected to a converter 14, but to land transport 17. The latter emerge from the front wall of the bearing and are in the example of two gantry cranes 18 spanned. Conveyors 17 and cranes 18 form the aforementioned and unloading device 9 for land transport.
In each aisle of the high-bay warehouse there are two storage and retrieval vehicles, 2 which are written in the Offenlegungsschrift 24 37 208 be. You take the container in the longitudinal direction, s-3 that the lane width with a little more than 2.50 m of the width of the standard container. Each of the two storage and retrieval vehicles is for operation one end face of the bearing 5 is provided, but can cover the entire length of the Drive through the alley. If one of the two storage and retrieval vehicles in an aisle fails l: pushed this to the end of the alley so that the other restricted one To do this, you can continue to operate from both ends of the alley alone once required that the 3ere-; tstellförderer 15 double the length of the individual Have shelf conveyor and on the other hand that the beginning of the shelf racks only is on the second half of the length of the supply conveyor. So is in Fig. 1 where the reference numerals 15, 20 and 21 are written clearly recognizable that in the rear half of the supply conveyor 15 to the alley 20 beyond the beginning 21 of this row of shelves 21 is opposite. The other row of shelves 22 closes in alignment with the supply conveyor 15. The coexistence of two storage and retrieval vehicles 19 on a supply conveyor 15 is in Fig. 1 ia the im Form the lowest shelf aisle to be recognized.
The operation of the described transport system does not have any level Crossing routes obstructing traffic can be seen in Fig. 4, with Fig. 4 Simplified only a system of two continuous conveyors 10 contains. Two in the form of one Cascade higher offset arranged continuous conveyors 10a and 10b next to the front wall of the shelf storage 5 open into converters 1 14 and 14b, which are at the moment in the starting position in which they are aligned with the tracks 10a or 10b, are located. For the converters according to the three target positions are drawn, namely this nunits of supply conveyors 15a and 15b, as if the system were only three Alleys. The conveyor of the same type and dimension is located under the conveyors 15 b Conveyor 16 with connection to the conveyor 17 exiting the hall door for land transport. It is also essential that the length of the supply conveyor 15 is twice the maximum Container length and it is also taken into account that the one arriving at the very front Container can be detected by the respective inner rack conveyor of the aisle.
The first process is now the setting down of a container from one of the Bridges 3 on the conveyor 10a or 10b. According to a process computer is a certain place in the high-bay warehouse is provided for this container, for example in the middle of the three streets from which Fig. 4 starts. Next is assumed that the upper assembly 15a of this middle lane is already has three containers ready to be taken over by the storage and retrieval vehicle in this lane, so that this supply conveyor is occupied. With this the bridge 3 sets the container on the train. lOb, the conveyor lOb is switched on in the direction of the converter 14b As soon as the container has reached this converter, the lane 10b is for new commands ready while the repeater in transverse transport of the container on it the middle of the three units supply conveyor 15 starts up and goes faster Target positioning moves the container to the middle floor 15b in the drawing, to return to the starting point. This transport consists only of the total he transport routes and speeds of the three aran involved Sponsors together. Any waiting function does not have to be accepted, and, as has been shown, there is storage in the relevant unit the supply conveyor, wherein in the example according to Fig. 1 - 3 säntliche floors are usable and each floor with z-bin containers. This is an adjustment to the RFZ operation, as far as either one of the two RFZ is defective or the At times, RFZ prefers land transport. Conversely, the units of Supply conveyor Storage buffer for loading the ship with containers out of the warehouse, the containers from the supply conveyors 15 to the Longitudinal conveyors 10 can only be called up if this is included in the program of a the container bridges 3 fits, in the event that one of the two ships at the moment en-taen and the other is charged. Is the loading process going to both ships? conform, the conveyors 10 of the cascade can of course also be used for buffering and use rapid presentation of the container. Nowhere does a container need that to put others in the way of carrying out the charging process. Is it that a container coming from the ship is to be handed over to land transport immediately he passed a free unit of supply conveyors 15 from the relevant Shelf conveyors taken over the alley, lowered to the lowest level, the Transferred conveyor 16 and taken over from there by conveyor 7. A special elevator is not required for this. It is also possible to use the conveyors 17, 16 and 15 to move a container from land directly onto the ship. With all conceivable The transport system described leaves operating variants parallel because of the diversity arranged and functionally non-crossing paths to the Operating variants to be carried out practically independently of each other and without collision. To achieve This variety should be divided the conveyor 10 of the cascade 11 and in reversing mode the sections must be independent of each other.
