Abstract

The auxiliary device for a tiling set is designed to facilitate the laying of tiles on walls, and esp. to make it possible to fit the corner tiles more quickly. Three angled rails are connected with the aid of small angled rails, and with screws, to attain a tile height of 2.55mm, for storey height. Rigidity is attained with pointed threaded rods and with nuts and wing nuts attached to these. This provision made, tiles can then be easily applied up to the required height, without using a spirit level, and with a rubber cord attached for corners. The components required are six angled rails of 850mm length, and four connector angled rails 250mm long.
