Die Erfindung betrifft die besondere Konstruktion einer Düse zum Zerstäuben von Flüssigkeiten und Vermischen bzw. Sättigen der Flüssigkeit mit Gasen. Es handelt sich also um eine .Einrichtung, die dazu bestimmt ist, einen mit einem Gas vermischten oder gesättigten Flüssigkeitsstaub zu erzeugen. Zu diesem Zweck werden nach vorliegender Erfindung in das Mischrohr, in welchem die Mündung des Gaszuführungsrohres in geeignetem Abstand von der Flüssigkeitseintrittsstelle liegt, eine oder mehrere Erweiterungen eingeschaltet, die mit je einer ringförmigen, quer zum Mischrohr stehenden Prellplatte ausgerüstet sind. Die Anbringung von kugelförmigen Erweiterungen im Mischrohr derartiger Düsen ist bekannt. Neu ist aber die Anordnung ringförmiger Prellplatten in derartigen Erweiterungen des Mischrohres. Die Ausführung der Erfindung kann naturgemäß in verschiedener Weise erfolgen. allmählich zu. An der Mündung des Mischrohres ist eine nach innen vorspringende Leiste 12 von keilförmigem Querschnitt angebracht,
die an dieser Stelle eine Verengung für den Durchtritt des Gasflüssigkeitsgemisches
bildet.
Die beschriebene Düse wirkt in der Weise, daß die durch den Gasstrom angesaugte Flüssigkeit
bei ihrem Durchtritt durch das Rohr 2 gegen die Prellplatte 10 anschlägt und von der
Prellplatte ίο in der Richtung gegen den eintretenden Gasstrom zurückgeworfen wird. Dadurch
wird dann erreicht, daß die eintretende Flüssigkeit mit dem Gasstrom innig vermischt
wird. Wesentlich ist hierbei, daß die öffnung ii
der Prellplatte groß genug ist, damit der durch die Düse ι austretende Gasstrom, der durch das
Rohr 7 die Flüssigkeit injektorartig ansaugt, nicht gegen die Prellplatte 10 stößt. Der Gasstrom
