■ .'■' Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 18.November 1911 ab.■. '■' Patented in the German Empire on November 18, 1911.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft cine. ■ · .The present invention relates to cine. Facility to sheet feeder, which allows them to be loaded with paper without need to stop the feeder. The previously known devices of this type have the disadvantage that there is a large avaIze is used, which pulls the paper stack apart and turns it over. This arrangement requires special care when layering of the paper and also has the disadvantage that, in the case of sensitive papers, pressure or friction cause injuries to the individual Arch can arise. In contrast, the present invention enables this uninterruptedly. Working using flat licgcndcr Paper stack ■ ·.
The object of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings in several embodiments forms shown.
In Fig. Ι is ti. that stack of paper from which a sheet feeder removes the top sheet. .Under this paper stack a stacking plate b is arranged on which the printer can lay out a second stack of paper c while the machine is in motion. Once this has been done and the stack of paper a has been used up sufficiently, the stacking plate /; which, like the support element of the stack of paper α, can be displaced in the vertical direction, is turned upward by hand so far that the surface of the stack c comes to lie just below the .Tragorgan of the stack α. This support member of the stack a consists of a thin plate d, which laterally for example · in the direction of the in ; 35 Fig. 2 drawn arrow is displaceable; ' Over this plate lies a flexible covering e, for example a linen cloth, which is fastened at one end at f , so that it does not take part in the displacement of plate d. At its other end, the covering c is attached to a thin roller g, which is rotatably mounted in front of the edge of the plate d. If one now rotates the roller g in the direction of the arrow drawn, then, as shown in FIG. 2, the plate d is pushed out. The upper stack of paper α lies on top of the stack of paper c without shifting sideways, since the covering e does not experience a shift. When the plate d has been pushed completely out of the stack of paper, it is pushed down and, as shown in FIG. since the lining e is not shifted. Of course, when initiating the pushing in of the plate d, the lower edge of the stack of papers c at h must be raised so far that the roller g can grasp underneath it. If the plate d is now fully pushed in, as shown in FIG. 4, the empty plate b can be pushed down, since the stack of paper c is now carried by the plate d . In this way, a space is formed between plates b and d , and it is possible for the printer to prepare a new stack of paper on plate b , as FIG. 1 shows.
