Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein aus zwei Teilen bestehendes Vorhemd oder eine Hemdbrust für ein Oberhemd mit fest daran angeordnetem Kragen ohne vordere Knopflöcher. Das Neue wird darin gesehen, daß das Zusammenschließen der Kragenenden sowie der beiden Teile des Vor- oder Oberhemdes vollständig ohne Knöpfe geschieht. Das Zusammenhalten von Kragen und Vor- oder Oberhemd in der Mitte wird vielmehr dadurch erzielt, daß ein an dem einen Teil des Vor- oder Oberhemdes vorspringender Lappen in eine entsprechende, auf der Unterseite gelegene Tasche des gegenüberliegenden Teiles eingreift, während die Spitze oder Zunge einer ebenfalls auf der Unterseite irgendeines der beiden Teile des Vorhemdes angeordneten Lasche in einen Schlitz des anderen Teiles eingeführt und dort befestigt wird. Die erste Verbindung soll ein Verschieben der beiden Teile gegeneinander in der Höhenrichtung verhindern, während die zweite ein seitliches Auseinandergehen verhütet. Die durch den Schlitz hindurchragende Spitze kann in beliebiger Art festgehalten werden, sei es, daß die Spitze selbst sich als Querriegel vor den Einschnitt legt, indem sie zurückgebogen wiederum durch einen Schlitz in der Lasche selbst geschoben wird, oder daß die Spitze der Lasche durch eine Metallklammer oder irgendwelche Klemmvorrichtung mit dem Teil, aus welchem sie hervorragt, in feste, aber leicht lösbare Verbindung gebracht wird.The present invention is a two-part shirt or vest a shirt front for a shirt with a fixed collar without front buttonholes.
